My family and I took a one night rv trip and this I hop was close too us we got seated and it was just a mess understaffed our waitress tried her best but being under staffed she did all she could she took my wife's steak and eggs and comped it because it was left in the windows for so long we tipped her well my sons omelet was severely under cooked again not our servers fault I got the breakfast tacos with a side of gravey and ended up sharing them with my family and they were amazing also the pan cakes were great as well it was a super busy Sunday .sure not everyday is like this but today was

Breakfast items are good here, especially the waffles. For lunch or dinner plates, vegetable choice is very limited. But really why go to a pancake house for steak? Eat from the breakfast selection and you won't be disappointed.

The staff seemed annoyed by our presence. We got the food to go and it was horrible. Fried chicken burnt, hash browns raw, meats (sausage, bacon) seemed flashed cook, burnt on the outside and raw tasting on the inside, and the biscuits crumbled apart so you could not bite into it. For 3 ppl and a $60 tab I was very disappointed. The price for being lazy.

Yesterday,was National Pancake day.So,I decided to stop in and get a stack of free pancakes. As soon as I entered the restaurant.I was immediately seated.The waitress was very polite and attentive. The pancakes were huge ! Usually,you get 3 small pancakes with your Entree.
Typical eating establishment in America. The food cost is up, the quality and quantity is down. The food brought to my table wasn't what I had ordered. Waited for another 20 minutes. Service is an illusion. The ceo is probably doing well.
Food was ok, portion size extremely small for the price.

Our orderers have always been correct. Food always done how we asked. I don't think I've ever had a bad plate at this location. Service has always been excellent. Never had to wait long. Like I said, the food is good here.

Was fixing to walk in,and I noticed one of the employees smoking a cigarette outside the front entrance. That didn't sit well with me from the start. The hostess sat us down in the front booth, So I was able to see everything going on . In the kitchen and front area. The waitress took our order thenI started to get up and use the restroom when the young man that was outside smoking came back into the restaurant. He reeked of cigarette smoke. So I waited for a few moments to watch and see if it was the cook. Well it was. He looked at the order and went right to the refrigerator and pulled out a slab of bacon on paper and started cooking. I realized he never made the attempt to wash his hands. He was oblivious to what he had just done. I got up, I went over to the waitress and told her We were leaving, she asked why,and I told her, because the cook did not wash his hands after coming in from smoking a cigarette, Not to mention handling the front door and whatever else he might have touched before we got there. The waitress was polite and said I am sorry about that. I don't think we will ever go back to that restaurant again. But for sure this restaurant needs classes on washing hands and food handling at the least.
