The employees are so sweet! But Everytime my mash potatoes and gravy taste so nasty and weird also with the Mac n cheese. It has a bitter nasty taste. The chicken is delicious though!

Enjoyed the friendly customer service upon entering this establishment for the 1st time on Dixon Blvd. in Cocoa. I was told the fried chicken was fresh. You could tell as you walked inside. They also had baked chicken thighs in the display case. I will have to try them upon my next visit. I chose a side of mashed potatoes with gravy and collard greens that were tasty. I had this to go and by the time I got home it still was hot. Very impressed. They even gave me a nice free sample consisting of 2 wings with carrots, a slice of a potato with toppings (AMAZING) and a side ranch dressing. I have to ask about that potato sample next time. They have decent prices too. Gizzards and Livers are also available. Nice job folks!

Food was excellent and so was the service however it all got ruined when I opened my drink and found a small fly. Wasn't until I was finished that I saw it and now I don't know how to feel about the place.
We stopped here to try their chicken gizzards, as we had heard about them previously. Well, let me tell you that they did NOT disappoint. Tony and crew made us a big batch to order, and they were served hot as lava and perfectly cooked. They might be a bit salty for some tastes, but let me tell you, they are on point. We also had some of their cajun chicken fingers that were excellent as well. So if you are in the area and looking for some of the etter fried chicken that we've had in a while, look no further. Family owned, family run, and family loved!!! Recommend highly.

Disclaimer: we never got to try the food and I'm sure it's absolutely delicious. This review does not have to do with the food but it is directed toward conditions inside the restaurant. Like I said, I'm sure the chicken is absolutely delicious and I hope to be able to visit again and update this review to five stars. The reason I am giving this restaurant a negative review is hygiene and sanitation practices. My daughter and I were excited to try the chicken but as we were waiting in line we noticed the employee was sniffling constantly and she started coughing all over the place. Nobody was wearing gloves. We aborted mission because I'm seven months pregnant with a high-risk pregnancy and neither my daughter nor myself were willing to try the food after seeing what we saw. If the owner of the restaurant reads this, it is imperative that you do not allow sick employees to work around food. Literally, just why would you do this? She may have had no choice but to come to work because she feared losing her job. It is unacceptable for sick individuals to be working around and handling food. I am very disappointed and I hope that this is addressed in the future. Treat others the way you would like to be treated.
I had an amazing experience at Krispy Krunchy Chicken! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The Cajun seasoning added a fantastic kick without being too overpowering. I also tried the honey butter biscuits, and they were to die for. The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure our order was accurate and served hot. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious fried chicken.
