If i could i would give zero stars. The customer service alone should set the standard for a business. If your service isn't worth a darn then you should rethink everything you are doing. After my experience here this place is lucky not to be hearing from a lawyer.
Very anemic looking young man with short curly brown hair has a very condescending attitude towards customers. This little boy should never be in a customer service position or around customers period. If any employee of mine spoke or acted the way this little punk did in front of customers he would have been fired on the spot without question. Completely unacceptable. Do better.

I haven't had pizza in a very long time! I especially ordered certain toppings and was missing some. I don't understand why you can't read an order very disappointing.

Could be way better inside lobby area needs to be more welcoming service is sometimes good and sometimes bad flip a coin and wish yourself luck but food will always be the same

I want to mention Garrett Moore for his excellent customer service. Although this location did not have what I was searching for, he went the extra mile to recommend a place that did. I know he was busy but still took the time to make his customer (me) happy. Two thumbs up for Garrett. That’s what you call outstanding customer service. You are an asset to your store and company because you have made a customer for life through your kindness.

extra most bestest sausage I’ve ordered it twice. This time I counted the sausage on it. Literally 21 pieces of sausage. I would add a picture but that’s not an option. If that is extra most bestest I’d hate to see how many pieces of sausage come of the standard pizza!!! Do better!

It’s the kids coming to work high that really make me mad. My wife walked in & the order was very simple. We ordered drinks, 1 pizza, an order of breadsticks, & SUPPOSED TO BE 1 order of the 4 cheese crazy puffs, & 1 order of the 4 bacon crazy puffs. This kid smoked way too much before his shift he charged my wife for 4 4-packs of the bacon ones & 4 4-packs of cheese. Gave no receipt to my wife & when she brought up why her total was $60 something dollars & waiting so long all she got was a monotone “sorry”. He refused to do a refund or bring a manager to sort out his problem that he did while he was under the influence. I get you’re a kid working & your main job is literally just smoking & taking orders but you would think customers that pay your paycheck to buy the Mary Jane to smoke , you would at least act like you’re competent at your job & re-read the order back. Not too happy about the unwarranted $60 charge & incompetence of the staff. Even after my wife was walking out the staff continued to be snarky & talk crap about the situation & customer. Poor customer service & even poorer parenting.

Calld at 2 to order and told them that I was picking up my order at 5 and I come that the lady who did my order didn't even put in my order

Just as it should be. Two pies. On time. Waiting in portal. Easy in easy out. Food quality, flavor as to be expected. Good service.
