Seriously... I tried another pho here with shrimp in it, but it wasn't nearly as good as the Vegan Pho. The Vegan Pho has a wider variety of and larger quantity of each ingredient in it. And, it's pretty big.

Been to several restaurants in the Space Coast recently & Papasan's easily stands out as one of the better restaurants. Having spent the past three years in the SF Bay Area have grown to appreciate & have a fondness for Vietnamese cuisine.
After surveying the menu for some time decided to go w/ the classic Bahn Mi sandwich along w/ the Pho. Had the tofu banh mi sandwich. Had it vegan by omitting the butter. Great banh mi sandwich.
Was delighted to find out that they now offer a vegan pho. The vegan pho hit the spot. Heaps of veggies, tofu, vegan ham, vegan beef, & w/ the sides of basil leaves, cilantro, bean sprouts, jalapeño peppers along w/ limes.
Papasan's was fully packed & can see why. Quality food & friendly service. Don't miss the vegan pho!

Outside looks rough. Glad that I was able to get past the exterior looks as the food was very good ?. Service was extremely quick. I noticed that it was very busy with the locals.

This place is under new management and the food, services, and ambience is amazing. The server is very friendly and the food was great. On the Facebook page it says it’s closed but this is under new management and if you’re looking for some great Vietnamese food this place is what you need to try.

The front door says “close at 8pm”. I walked in at 7:30; the staff told me the kitchen closes at 7:30 for both dine in and take out. They would not take an order for take out at 7:31. Very poor customer service.
