Seriously... I tried another pho here with shrimp in it, but it wasn't nearly as good as the Vegan Pho. The Vegan Pho has a wider variety of and larger quantity of each ingredient in it. And, it's pretty big.

Been to several restaurants in the Space Coast recently & Papasan's easily stands out as one of the better restaurants. Having spent the past three years in the SF Bay Area have grown to appreciate & have a fondness for Vietnamese cuisine. After surveying the menu for some time decided to go w/ the classic Bahn Mi sandwich along w/ the Pho. Had the tofu banh mi sandwich. Had it vegan by omitting the butter. Great banh mi sandwich. Outside looks rough.
Glad that I was able to get past the exterior looks as the food was very good ?.
Service was extremely quick.
I noticed that it was very busy with the locals.

Parking: An over abundance of parking.
