Just went through the drive through a few minutes ago and ordered a sausage biscuit and a burrito. They gave me just two biscuits with no meat and mild sauce when I ordered spicy. The employees also had not so friendly attitudes.

We went through drive-thru. The lady that took the cash was very polite. We pulled up to the next window and was told to wait a number three spot. When the food came out. We were asked which order was ours. I looked in the bag to make sure order was correct. The fries were not hot. But we was in a rush so I had no time to complain.

4 cars went thru the other drive thru lane, as I sat at the speaker of the other side waiting to even just be acknowledged. When I spoke up to make sure it even worked and see if they knew I was there, still wasn't greeted in any way. Just told to hold on a moment. Meanwhile, car after car is going thru drive thru. Cars that ALL arrived AFTER me. And I just wanted to give my mobile code and go. Started to lose my patience sitting there, was told AGAIN just a moment. Then put thru the line. No one at any point ever said anything else at all to me, aside from wait and go to the window. No hi or bye or SORRY WE TOOK ALL OF COCOA BEFORE YOUR PRE-ORDERED CHEESEBURGER.

And the cheeseburger bun was covered in ketchup on the outside of it. Stellar job.

Went during a busy time so lots of cars through drive thru. Ordered a BIG MAC. Ate it in car on the drive. The bun was extremely dried out indicating it had sat under a heat lamp for an extremely long time. Burger was room temp at best and the burger crumbled apart as I ate it. I worked in fast food and this burger was clearly under at heat lamp for over an hour if not longer!! It was disgusting!!! Never again.

Every time I place an order it is incomplete today 07/22/2024 at 9 pm I placed an order for 40 dollars and everything arrived incomplete the hamburgers they only put the meat and they were all combo and they only put the hamburgers a happy meal they only put the chicks and where were the potatoes oh their toy oh the fruit who knows this was a complete disaster the employees are not into that I don't recommend coming to this one
