Today my step son got racially profiled by the manager saying that he grabbed a cup from behind the counter when an employee handed him the cup that he paid for. Which he also bought a burger. As he was filling up his cup the manager approached him and said to him that he took a cup from behind the counter. He tried to show her his receipt and all she said was we have cameras. My son is a hard working individual that would never steal from anyone.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive thur to order a apple pie just to be told at the pick up window it would be 11 minutes until they were ready he took 8 minutes just to bring a refund. Terrible service!

McDonald's seems to have an obsession to distance itself from it's original premise. It's no longer fast service. It's rare now to go thru the drive and not be forced to wait in a parking spot,only for your order to be missing items or be wrong entirely. McDonald's needs to adapt to chick fill-a or Zaxby's style.

Terrible long line and delay in the drive thru

Set for over 20 minutes waiting for 2 meals in the drive through. They literally pulled all 5 vehicles into parking spots and had a guy run the orders out. No one in line.
