We ordered multiple pizzas this morning around 10:30 am to be delivered at 12:15 pm. As confirmed they were to be delivered between 12:15-12:25pm.
At 1:00pm we had not received contact by phone or notification by text that the delivery would be later than that. At around 1:30 we were required to leave a children's birthday party to find out what had happened to the food that we paid for.
It suddenly made sense when we were arrived. Trashed is an understatement of what the employees present looked like. It was obvious that neither could operate a motor vehicle or could do much else regarding basic motor functions. When we asked what had happened we were met with blank stares. One person was cross eyed, and the other was staring off into space. As a recovering addict with more than 15 years, I'm well aware what inebriated looks like.
When we asked if they had kept the pizzas warm we were met with a response that neither of them were aware as to how long it had been since they had been cooked. They were cold, by the way.
As evidence to what a demonstrably failure the employees were, we have photos to view. Stevie Wonder could have done a better job at cutting pies. Special shout out to the ome who managed to cut a half circle. I pray that these employees aren't paid well. I hope that management isn't either.
I'd ask for a refund, but I can't imagine you folks can afford it at this point.

Worst experience I've ever had with restaurant employees. They were so rude and unfriendly and even though we were customers they wouldn't let us use their restroom.

I ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. I picked up when the app said it was ready and waited more than 10 min.s for someone to acknowledge me after asking if I could just take it off the shelf and told to step back. There were 5 DoorDash people waiting with me. I finally got the pizza and it was thick crust with very little cheese. I am so pissed that I won’t go there again. I hope the owner reads this! They suck!

I placed an order online for delivery, they said it will be through DoorDash. I have the tracking, saw the driver come into my complex and then marked the order as delivered. I never received my order. I called the store a woman answered (I should have gotten her name). She was very rude off rip. Attitude the entire call!

Door dasher here, went to pick up an order at 9pm and door was locked and employee looked at me then turned around and talk to manager on duty and then proceeded to walk out the back door and I had to call the store for the employee to answer the phone and say ohhhhh she was clocked out. But the other two workers weren’t tho. She then proceeded to tell me to use the drive thru.
Poor customer service on both females. Another reason I don’t eat from here myself.
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE! My last two delivery orders have been over 30 minutes late. The pizza box is full of grease and barely warm by the time you get the pizza. They are using DoorDash drivers now. Customer service does not exist with DoorDash drivers. I was forced to walk to her car because she was too lazy to deliver my pizza. I am done with Papa Johns. Save yourself the frustration and order Dominos.

I usually get it from the Vierra papajohns cause they know how to make this pizza. I unfortunately had to order from this location. I heard it was bad but I had no Idea. I order the Shaq-a-roni but instead got the Kareem-Abdul-jabroni. It wasn't cut at all so it was just one big ass pizza that was undercooked. Crappy ingredients, crappy pizza....cocoa papajohns

I was a customer of there for years. I would get something literally every week from them. Sadly, management must have changed recently, because they now make breadsticks that are very undercooked and they lie about it! I ordered breadsticks from papa johns in Cocoa and they were white colored and gooey in the middle, clearly not be cooked long enough or maybe at the wrong temperature. No big deal. It's fixable, right? I sent my teenage daughter in to ask them to remake them and tell them they were undercooked. The lady said sure. We waited a few mins in the car and I sent my daughter back in to get the new breadsticks. They new ones looked and tasted exactly the same. At this point, I told my daughter to take them back inside again and just ask for the money back. My teenage daughter comes out furious and said the lady argued with her, claiming that they were cooked enough and that they were fine. I called them back after e drove home and told the female worker there that I have been a customer for years, ordering the same stuff all the time and I've never seen breadsticks like this before and they were very much undercooked. I told her that I didn't appreciate her not beliving myself or my daughter about the bread sticks. And then, she proceded to flat out lie. She claimed she told her worker guy standing next to her that they might look good on the outside, but could be undercooked on the inside. She said she didn't argue with my daughter about them being "cooked just fine". Well, I belive my daughter. She was appalled at that female worker, i think her name was Loreanna, and I don't blame her. We won't be returning. We are digusted that this lady would lie to us over breadsticks. What is this world coming to?! I will be complaining to the company about this one.
