I don’t understand why a pizza chain is now powered by Door Dash.An order that was going to be a 15 minute turnaround became 30+ because of a contracted delivery driver.I was charged for a deal I did not get. The website didn’t reflect me adding food multiple times, and when I finally got the deal to reflect my order the meal showed up short cheese sticks. After checking the receipt, the cheese sticks weren’t added to the meal. Making my “deal” 17.99 for a pizza instead of 12.99 for pizza and cheese sticks.The delivery driver tried to give me someone else’s food. Somehow, this error is against door dash even though I didn’t order this meal on door dash.This is silly.No thank you to papa John’s.I’ll either order local small business or eat digorno from this point forward.

Ok I ordered Domino's because of this they didn't accept cash if the time was over 9pm even tho we ordered papa John a another time and got the order and it was 10pm like what and at 9pm it was 9:04. I'm disappointed ?? and mad ??? because the order was 107 money and for some reason we did the same order as papa John with Domino's and we ordered 4 pizza and the rest and it was cheaper we had to tip the guy you disgust me papa John's.

How you gonna hire an 80 year old delivery driver knowing they don’t drive faster than 30 mph? And knowing they can’t see so how they gonna drive past my house 3 times while the address is painted clear as day? App gonna say 4:13-4:23. I could have drove from my house to there and back, while getting stuck at a train in rush hour and had my food quicker. And at least it would have been warm when I got it. Never again. This why I always order from dominos. I got my food at 5:21.

Purchased 2 large pizza. Hawaiian BBQ Chicken & Pepperoni. Both were very overcooked, extremely salty, no cheese & tough, (like eating sauce & crackers). Stevie Wonder could have made a better pizza. So disappointed.

Ya know, I don't even mind paying $37.02 and tipping an additional $5.19 on a pickup order of 1 large stuffed crust pizza and 1 10" cheesesticks. But when I asked for 2 paper plates for my wife and I since we weren't taking the pizza home, "Ugh, sorry, those are for catering only."Really? $37.04 for a chain pie and cheesesticks that cost you less than $10.00 to make and you can't afford to give me two 2 cent paper plates? Ridiculous.
