James went above and beyond with his phenomenal customer service; he even called me to verify I chose pick-up versus delivery since I have always chosen delivery in the past and he wanted to ensure I would receive my order! Most people go to work just clocking in and out not caring so I am beyond grateful when receiving excellent hospitality. Thanks again James! Pizza was yummy!! đ

My food was delivered fast and hot as hell, everything taste great, got more sauce than what I paid for, the driver was excellent, I couldn't ask for more, this has been the best pizza spot that I've ordered from in a long time, fast, friendly, great food, no mistakes and followed instructions, thank you papa John's for making my night

We ordered a pizza, and there's what looks to be a nail that was inside.... we called and asked to speak with the manager, and he told us no one had any fake nails and said it must be a hard piece of ham... and he said it couldn't be a piece of plastic. Well, whatever it is, it's not edible!! We got our refund, thankfully.

Late night pizza what a let down I order the NY STYLE CRISPY CUPPY 'RONI pizza not what it looks like in the picture ? not what I was expecting to get it was a sad pizza âšď¸ papa Johnâs not a fan of this cuppyâRONI and when the instructions for the driver say do not knock leave it by the door and he knocks and makes the dogs go crazy and wakes up my kids that have school the next day ? noo bueno no bueno !! Pizza I order on their website and the pizza I got instead ?never again

I pre-tipped 25% in the app only for the driver to leave it at the neighbors house. Had to go outside in the rain and find it myself, had to talk to the neighborsâ ring camera that went off as I stole back my own pizza and the food was cold by the end and rained on :((
