Great spot in the Village for a bite. Will go back again.

Cocoa Beach, FL. Surprisingly fresh and healthy salads! The menu’s not just hamburgers and pub food. They have a good variety of salads.

As a birthday treat, we came here to Cocoa Village as my friend wished. When we got hungry, Pub Americana met our health needs.

Their Wedge Salad featured Gorgonzola cheese, crisp bacon chunks, cherry tomato halves, thin red onion slices and blue cheese dressing over a couple little wedges of iceberg lettuce. It was delicious and filling and it met my needs for a low carb, lower-potassium meal.

My friends both got the Steak Caprese salads: Grilled tenderloin steak bites (a lot of them!), fresh mozzarella, grape tomatoes, Arcadian greens drizzled with a balsamic reduction. They were delighted with how good everything tasted.

We sat outside and enjoyed the fresh sea air. Pub Americana is across the street from Taylor Park, and beyond that you can see the ocean.

Like many of the establishments in Cocoa Village, Pub Americana welcomes dogs, so we had two furry friends sitting near us with their families.

Our server (short dark hair) was wonderful. They knew what they were doing, remembered all the details, kept our glasses topped off, and checked on us and everyone outside very well. This was on Saturday, 5/31/25, around 1:25 pm.

I recommend sitting outdoors here, if you can.

By the way, their bathroom is to the left of the entrance and you go down a big dip in the floor that’s hard to see. Both my friends stumbled a bit going down and up that section of flooring. They commented the incline down could be better marked with a warning.

The Bison Burgers are awesome, totally recommend substituting a Bison patty for the beef patty! Meganne is the server to ask for when you visit. Also ask for the berry BBQ sauce on the side for your burger / fries. Our dog Grover is always welcome outside and they provide unseasoned chicken breast or beef hamburger patty for his enjoyment. @grovermason1

I had a very thick blackened burger ooked perfectly! Their version of fries is quite amazing. My wife ordered Cajun chicken penne, that was wonderful but a bit to hot for her.

We had this place as the first stop on our food tour and had the Gator bites. They were delicious, lightly breaded and had a nice spicy sauce to dip them in.

I got probably the best portobello mushroom sandwich I've ever had. The waitress was very friendly and her service was outstanding very quick and very understanding after I added on a piece of chicken for my dog after I had already ordered my sandwich. I know it can be a pain but she didn't seem to mind one bit. Everything was awesome

Our first visit and the food was excellent. Loved the Mediterranean dip starter. Tarren was our server and sweet as can be! We will be back.

Stopped in for lunch on a Monday, decently busy. Service was prompt and greeted immediately. Ordered a Village blues burger, their take on a bacon and blue cheese. Burger was phenomenal, temp was spot-on medium. The char on the meat was superb the grill master allowed just enough of the char flame to tickle the surface and create that perfect crust but still protecting the flavor and moisture. The bacon crispy and just enough not to over power the beef. Bun fresh toasted, this burger magician is a master craftsman. LTOP as always. The gorgonzola funky and creamy just as you would expect. The sauce...the house made sauce.... lemon honey aoli, the balance the acid, the sweeteness the creamiest, pretty sure cherubs themselves spread this glorious masterpiece on the bun. Will I be back?! Does a snake piss low to the ground? Yes. This little Gastropub hits all the expectations and more. Cheers!
