huge fan of this bar. it’s casual, fun, and the food is really good. they’ve got a bunch of card games, connect 4, and even a real dart board (not one of those electronic ones most bars have now). you honestly can’t get bored here, and it’s way too easy to end up staying for hours. i was also lucky enough to meet james, the owner. he was super nice and really personable. he informed me that they actually host events, and honestly this would be the perfect spot for birthdays, work happy hours, or any kind of celebration. i’m already thinking about booking it for mine. i’d recommend it for a fun date night, a night out with friends, or even going solo if you’re trying to meet cool people. the bartenders were super attentive and always made sure i had a drink. definitely one of those spots you keep going back to.

I’ve been living in rockledge/cocoa for about 2 years now- been a Brevard Florida local my entire life. I’ve been to rec 225 multiple times and the service here has always been average. Not bad, not great. Just okay. Tonight was the first time I’ve seen Laura and I don’t ever leave reviews unless I’ve had a good experience and tonight I really did. Laura was by far the best bartender I’ve had here. I didn’t like the sour mix they had here in my whiskey sour and she offered to make me a new drink and discount the one I just had. She insisted to make me a new drink and curated a drink all herself asking my likes and dislikes to be sure I would enjoy it. I know that seems small but in this day and age customer service like that isn’t seen anymore. Thank you Laura!❤️

We had a party yesterday and luke the employee was so rude everyone would come to me complaining about how rude he was being and noticed it wasnt just me who thought that make us not want to come back if he there acting like that

Just had a wonderful afternoon hosted by the amazing staff at REC225. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. In hindsight I did not get the name of the person who took care of us, but she has long curly hair and her service was wonderful and attentive. A really stellar experience.

We showed up around 10:30 on a Friday night, my friend who is 24 with a legal ID got checked by the bouncer and he instantly bent and snapped it claiming it was fake. We filed a police report but they kept denying what they did and even shouting “false police report” at us on the street. One of the worst experiences we’ve ever had at a bar.
