I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak. It is prepared with ground beef, and served on an overwhelmingly huge hogie roll, (totally unnecessary). The whole ensemble was bone dry because not only was the prep and cooking not up to par but there were no sauces used and the onion was only noticeable by its absence. A decent Philly cheesesteak is juicy and full of flavor. This was not. On a gridle, saute the onion to caremalize, add thinly sliced steak (definitely not ground beef), mix together...
We had a great experience at Ryan’s. From the appetizers to our entrees to our desserts everything we ate was delicious. But the best part of our dining experience was Lisa Marie who was excellent and took really good care of us all around. Thank you!
As a long time employee, I must say I love this place. The owner are very nice, down to earth people that are always willing to help their employees and customers. Please stop by for a pizza and a beer. You won't regret it.
