Many of the ordering windows were out of service, forcing us to use the drive thru. However, once the food was delivered, it was made fresh to order and tasted terrific!
Probably one of the worst meals I've gotten. Double quarter Pound cheeseburger burnt to a crisp like a hockey puck. Chili cheese wrap stone colds chili burnt inside. Fountain Coke that has no Coke a syrup ran out. Entire meal ruined. Then to top it off the guy that delivered it no personality no conversation what really super slow like he was stoned out of his mind

This place is the worst, to be honest I've never came hear and had my order right ones. I use to like coming to sonics with my kids and get them something when they get out of school but now I just avoid it should just turn it to a DQ instead I'm sure I would get better service

Asked for a Reece buttercup Blast with chocolate ice cream, the girl who took my order didn't tell me they didn't have chocolate ice cream. When I got my small up, it was barely full and it wasnt chocolate ice cream as i had ask for, it had chocolate syrup all over the cup, thank God I had some napkins in my car to clean the mess. They charge me alittle over $6, for something that didn't look desirable and was I actually ask for. Bad service. Won't go again.
I'd give it zero if I could. Definetly the C team here. I waited atleast 10 minutes by the order machine, only for no one to talk. I thought maybe they were on break or busy. I pull up to the drive thru, not only are there no cars in front of me, the blonde girl in the red beanie is on her phone chatting away. She made eye contact with me several times and didn't come get my order, continuing to talk on her phone. I waited there for another 10 minutes before calling it quits and parking in their parking spots to make this. I thought maybe they weren't doing drive thru anymore, but I watched get someones order that just came up. It's currently 8:44pm, it was 8:20 when I arrived. I just wanted food

They don't use gloves when preparing food for the customers that is so unsanitary.the prices are outrageous that's why I don't eat there.
