So, today is 4/12/24 and whoever that girl is working tonight definitely messed with my girlfriend's food and I'm not sure why. She came around to the front of the store and asked for the name, I said "Mariah"She then goes behind the counter with her co-worker and asked me in a suspicious tone, "Mariah you said?" Probably about 3 seconds after asking me what the name was... I could understand how a sauce could tip over and spill out during travel. But this sauce container was flipped over and dented inside another plastic cover. My first instinct was "My mistake" but I immediately noted there was no lid anywhere in the box! To be honest there's not even enough room in the box for the sauce to flip in the first place. I think she did it on purpose.But whatever, It's just crazy how lazy and hateful everyone is these days. Don't get me wrong, I'm still coming back tomorrow for my doordashes and munchies,Also to the people complaining about price? Well don't go to NY because you'll just be getting one large pepperoni pizza for $22 no extras.

Ordered delivery and it never arrived. Called store and got no where. They said door dash does their delivery and for us to call them. We called door dash and were told we needed an order number (numbers and letters), all we had was 2 numbers, so door dash couldn’t help. We called the store back and they had no idea how to look up the order number for door dash and refused to call anyone to figure it out. It was $85 worth of pizza that never showed up. After being told they have no manager but that the Edgewater location’s manager sometimes comes, I called Edgewater and spoke to the manager there. She was nice and said she would call the store and then call us back….she never called us back. If anyone chooses to order from here, I hope you don’t have any issues because the employees are useless.

Ordered food to be delivered at 4:40pm. Delivery time was supposed to be 60-65 mins. It is now 7pm and no food was delivered. Called the store and received no help from them. They placed the blame on DoorDash. Called DoorDash and we needed an Order number and the man couldn’t find it. Asked for a manager and was told they had none. Asked for them to remake pizza and we would pick it up and was told they couldn’t do that. Asked them to call the manager from another store who sometimes fills in and he said he couldn’t do that. The man said he couldn’t do anything until tomorrow. What good is tomorrow going to do when we had 4 young kids starving and waiting? You should publish that you use DoorDash for pick up. We would have picked it up ourselves. DoorDash stinks and the customer service of Stoners is awful/non-existent.

Sadly did not really enjoy the experience. Could hear the staff cussing each other out. Telling each other they smell and talking about being a better driver when they are drunk. The pizza was not made with any pride. Kinda skimpy on the toppings. Little high in price for what was handed to me. Maybe they were just having a bad day. The place was clean.

I am a frequent flyer at stoners and there is not a single negative thing I can say about this location. They get your food right the first time they are fast always Friendly and make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. I recommend this location to anybody and everybody I can't they will always be my number one go to for take out and delivery. You guys rock and keep up the awesome work.?
