Wrong order when delivery came and would not pick up phone to even resolve anything

First off, I have never encountered bad service from the employees, however, the manager, OMG she is so loud, shes cussing and slaming stuff when people are sitting try to enjoy eating thier meal. Ken is amazing, Allison, not so much and she's very unprofessional.

On Wednesday 12/3 there was an older gentleman that was finishing up my order that I had placed online. When I got home and opened my roast beef sandwich it looked great tasted perfect it literally was the best sub I have ever received right amount of mayo, mustard, lettuce meat and cheese. I never leave reviews but his sub was perfection. I wish I new his name I will go back to this store on Dixon rd in Cocoa to thank him and oder another sub.

This Subway in this part of Florida has the best food . They are kind as well and very hard working people that have to put up with a lot. The sandwiches are fresh and the vegetables and salads are super clean. I have been coming here every time I’m in the area. Please be kind to the workers and don’t be cheap they have the best attitude.

This is my local Subway restaurant. It's always clean, well staffed. I use the Subway app and get excellent deals. This store has inventory issues. On more than one occasion I ordered subs on the app, paid for it and when I arrived to pick it up the location was out of stock on items that I ordered. If they have everything I pick up my app order without any problem. It's always prepared well and waiting for me when I get there.

Won’t be ordering online anymore or probably coming back smh the prices you pay and they literally put a few toppings on the sandwich if that ridiculous better off going to Publix or jimmy jones for your bucks wish I took a picture honestly pathetic I’m still in shock lol

Placed an online order, went in to pick up and there’s only one employee and no manager she continues to tell us they have no food and cannot make our order, that’s fine whatever I just wanted a refund, she tells us to call the store because she can’t do a refund and that’s fine, the number does not work and nobody picks up, why not call or text the manager and get the code to do our refund?? Who knows, we don’t have our food and we don’t have our money. All we got out of that was a complaining, cursing employee. Great :)

Me and granddaughter came in to eat lady was very nice. Place was clean food was great..
My goodness, the service is extremely slow. There is only one employee competing all the orders, and Stacey is a talker. It took 28 minutes to be helped, and there was only one customer in front of me… Two customers walked away on Sunday, April 1st, at 1429 hours. A person ordered online and had to sit down to wait.. Hiring another employee would alleviate the wait.

I order $40 of food from door dash a few minutes ago and when we got our food the chicken was cold as ice the cheese wasnt melted I mean come on then when I call three times and let it ring literally for 9 minutes and no answer call back again and still no answer this is unacceptable. Not the first time this has happened.

I like this Subway a lot. It's clean (no mold on the window shields over the condiments like other ones). Thank you to this owner for taking pride in sanitation and appearance. The staff friendly and quick. Glad to see Subway brought back the salad sub bowls. 😀
