Absolutely terrible she had her boyfriend in and out of the store yelling at customers to make sure they tip his girl. He was punching the glass and drunk! Then he has the audacity to ask me if I tipped on my way out and when I told him no because of his behavior, he decided he wanted to come outside of the store like he was going to intimidate somebody.

I went in at 9:30PM
The young lady had a pretty nasty attitude I asked her twice how she was doing. I was trying to be polite.
She asked me both times, what can I get you.
She did not seem to be interested in polite communication at all.
She said something that helped me to realize I was apparently late and slowing her down from cleaning and leaving.
I asked to upsize my drink for which she charged me for a whole additional drink.
Almost $12.00 for the meal that was supposed to be $6.99
I continuously attempted to apologize for the LATE entry but she seemed to blow me off with comments that suggested she didn't care.
I tried all day to call the store and discuss the issue before leaving feedback. The phone just rang and rang.
The food was good.
The service was horrible.

Food is good. Always understaffed, and behind on online orders. Four people in line and they are making online orders while we wait. Seems like they don't know how to balance the customer service between both orders.

I stopped by Store 5959 around 6:30 pm, to get a sandwich , the store was empty at the time , but before I even got close to the counter I was greeted by a female employee with " you're gonna have to wait a few minutes, actually more than that " .
Im an understanding person but they way O was addressed was kind of rude, It felt Like I came to bother them and didn't want any part of it.

The staff was really friendly but there was only one working at a time. They switched shifts in the middle of making my sandwiches. On a busy Sunday afternoon there should be two. For safety and customer service.

The manager Allison and her crew at this location are great! Restaurant is always neat and tidy and employees are friendly and efficient. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Let me see the drive-thru is blocked by an employee's vehicle this place probably was a bank long time ago I do not know so the management Parks his vehicle there and then shut down the drive through the young man who was helping my wife could not figure out what was roast beef or anything else I don't know that he couldn't figure out what's roast beef what's what's his cheese what is this what is the ham. Poorly scenario and young man was not trained properly that their his mother owns the place or runs it and she gave him a job for the summer if you're going to do that train him correctly I think this place needs an overhaul New Management new employees and unblocked to drive through that's not something start a place to park your vehicle to keep it out of the Sun Subway you have a problem Anderson Cape Canaveral Subway good luck fixing it
