Windows are dirty where all the condiments are it looks gross and nasty. They need to wipe down the windows. Food stations are nasty like come on wipe everything down.

Asked about kids' meals, and the lady informed me they no longer do kids' meals. I had a 9yr and a 10-year-old with me who don't eat much, i understand if i was ordering for myself. It was still advertised on the boards and I had to order a 6 inch to split for them. Why is it still on the board if u dont offer it??was just in orlando 2 weeks ago and they still had kids meals.

The people working there seemed clueless rude and frustrated. While taking my order the lady made my sandwich with almost no chicken (the only meet in the sub) and she would cut you off mid sentence and my sub sat on the counter for 10 minutes before it got wrapped up and gave to me hands down my worst subway experience.

service is rude and will cut you off mid sentence. asked for flatbread and was told “we don’t have flat bread. it’s called a flat wrap and it’s basically a burrito is that what you want.” i’ve never been told in my 13 years of ordering flatbread sandwiches that it is only offered as a “burrito”

Absolutely one of my favorite subways to go to. The food preparation area is so clean you can tell that the owners and the employees take pride in maintaining a very clean store. The food is fresh kept at correct temperatures. My interaction with the employees very friendly conversational and can multitask very well I highly recommend this particular Subway

Got a tuna on white and roll was hard and dry got it at 520 in cocoaHot rolls coming out and gave the hot roll to the person after me dave me the hard rollI go there all the time and get the bad one the girl had to/feel this but gave it anyway worstcsub that I had

Okay. So, I hate to be negative in my reviews but brother I got a hope that this is a pull me up. First, I had to stand there at the counter and wait while the clerk finished talking with his friends outside, And while three other attendants for the gas station we're standing there staring at me but not helping me. Second, when the clerk got in he didn't know that he had a door dash order. That's right, I door dash, and it's kind of a give and take with these businesses in that I hope I can walk in and just pick the order up because time is money when you are DoorDashing. Apparently the clerk couldn't or can't find the DoorDash order in his system so I had to show him on my phone. And then there were no specifics given as to what to put on the subs, so we just made them according to the billboard above. I didn't have the opportunity to taste the food so I can't comment in that regard. And I'm certain this encounter is just a outlier. But, I don't service my car where I buy my underwear, and I don't get my food where I service my car.
