UPDATE: ALWAYS OUR OF EVERYTHING! Figured I would try one last time. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! THIS PLACE S.U.C.K.S.
Orders in the drive thru are ALWAYS WRONG.....no matter what time of day it is. The rice in my chicken power cantina bowl was not cooked thru all the way NUMEROUS times.
Only good thing is the employees are ALWAYS nice!!!!
It takes away from the experience when they won't take your order at the counter and you have to use the kiosk it took me 5 minutes to figure out how to order a simple taco... it's dehumanizing I guess I'll take my business elsewhere from now on

This place is an absolute dump. The men's room was disgusting and probably hasn't been cleaned or addressed in days. How are the employees washing their hands with no soap? There's no way this place would pass a health department review. The poor conditions extended into the kitchen area with all kinds of food stuff on the floor. I've honestly never seen a Taco Bell this filthy and repulsive.

Had to order via a kiosk, which isn't awful, but a bit of a turn off. We had a wait, but the food was great! My father-in-law ordered extra everything on his chicken quesadilla, it came in a box because it was so big, lol. Bathroom was kinda gross, but definitely not the worst I've been in. Food quality definitely made it worth it.

Why do I crave taco bell? It's never a good experience..walk into a Super funky smell inside lobby. First let me say when we walked in a man was "cleaning the lobby" Hubby says men's bathroom smells like stale urine. I Went to wash my hands and no soap to be found in both bathrooms. No straws in lobby had to get someone to put some in. Didnt seem like table had been wiped down all day. My chulupa was super hard. Only good thing was my Potatoes. I dont see myself going back anytime soon.

If I could give this place a zero I would. My family and I went in to Taco Bell around 6:30 in the evening to catch a quick bite before going out for some Christmas shopping. When we walked in, we approached the counter (like any other fast food establishment) and waited for approximately 10 minutes. While standing there, we observed that there were at least five employees working behind the counter, but we were clearly being ignored. I spoke up and respectfully requested to place my order. A male employee turned to me as he walked by and said, “you can order from the kiosk over there”. I tried to explain to him that I had two children with me and I never used the kiosk before, but he continued to walk away. While I was a little bit frustrated, I didn’t say anything else, I just walked over to the kiosk and attempted to place my order. After a few minutes of trying to figure out how to customize the order (because my kids are little and don’t like the spicy jalapeño sauce), my wife came over and helped me complete it.
It should be noted that during this time, several other customers had came in the store and were standing at the counter (getting frustrated) and waiting to place their order. After a few more minutes, my name was called and I walked over to the counter to get my food (by the time I got there the guy was already walking away without giving us our drink cups. I begin checking the order, and I noticed that several things were not right. I attempted to get somebody’s attention, but everybody was focused on everything else, but the front counter. I was able to eventually get someone’s attention and I notified him that I was missing an item (sour cream). He then walked away from me to the food prep line and began looking at the screen. After looking for a few seconds, he said (with an attitude), “ You never ordered a sour cream or paid for it.” I politely told him that I did order the sour cream, but I could not produce a receipt because you only had two options with the kiosk email or Text message (and I did not want to provide that information so they can turn around and send me 100 emails or call me a bunch). I told him I don’t mind paying for it, but I would like a sour cream and he walked over to the cash register at the front counter and rang it up for $.80. After we finish eating, we left the place, but not before witnessing several people come in and getting the same experience.
Everyone was also very confused because there was no sign indicating that they wanted you to strictly use the kiosk, and they had no problem, watching people standing there wasting their time. I will never go back to the store nor will I recommend anyone go to this place.

The food is normal Taco Bell fast food. Thrown together. The service is non existent since you have to order from a kiosk and if you need help you have to flag down one of the few employees working.
Jaheim gets 5 stars for his customer service but Taco Bell needs to set him up for success not to fix the company’s issues

I always check the bathroom before I eat from a fast food restaurant. The men's bathroom was disgusting. There was no soap at all in the bathroom
I went through the drive thru after ordering on the app. Seamless process and great food!

I recently moved here from Iowa. I've gone to this location twice since I've been here. I was excited to have one so close. Both visits have been bad. First time service was bad and food was bad. Second time service was better but food still bad. I appreciate that food comes out fast but my food has been cold both times. And I got a Mexican pizza and the shells were white. Almost clear. I don't know if it was heated up on a dirty grill fryer, but the shell part of the Mexican pizza tasted like burnt fried grease or bad grill. I've been in food service myself for 35 years. Recently retired. It's just very sad. I like Taco Bell. I won't be going back this time. At least the young lady was very friendly. She was a very good upgrade compared to the last person that helped me.
