Closing crew on night shift August 12-13 was spectacular, manager with the cool piercings was amazing and hooked us up when they were 15 min before close instead of being upset. My mom just had life or death surgery an hour prior to that; They made my day.

This place is need of serious deep cleaning. The place smells so bad soon as you walk in . The bathrooms are also worst and smells very dirty and not taken care to refill paper towels. There are ants on some tables and trashes are not taken out . The manager seemed nice but looks very understaffed.

So I was very unhappy about the manager Justin C. Way of handling my complaint. I don't normally leave bad reviews because I use to work in the hospitality field my self. Customers are not always right. I wanted my chicken wrap replaced with a Steak Chalupa and he said he couldn't do it. Even after I offered to pay the difference. Instead I got a refund. Also had to get his name off of a receipt because he said because Taco Bell has a no name policy. This place will never improve its rating with employees who don't take accountability.

I asked for a large tomato juice, I GOT A LARGE ONE, entire big glass was full to the top!!! Food was awesome and so was the service I will go back with family and friends, over and over!! Thx to you all!!

Don't bother ordering ahead in the app!!! They never even start your order until you arrive. And even if nobody is in line, you wait for 10 minutes after all the delivery orders. And so rude!!! Even when ordering delivery they forget 1/2 you're order@!!
Would give less stars if I could. The window clerk literally did not say a word. No hello. No thank you. Nothing. She needs to be fired asap. What world do we live in where customer service is dead? This Taco Bell does not value the people or value the dollars people spend. Do your self a favor and do not support this place. I challenge the owner to look at the tape. 6/2/25 7:52pm.
