Was hoping this would be good so we could dine here often. First it was kind of crowded. No six foot spacing. Salsa not great. Meal came it was tasty but included nothing. Fajitas had no lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream or guacamole with it. Could not get but one choice of meat for the fajitas. Got steak tasty but on the greasy side.

Came on date to new Mexican place. I used to love coming here when it was el Tucan so I was happy to get to try new spot...food was good and chips were good. Tasted great will come back

Sadly, went for lunch the other day, and found that they’ve closed. ?Wow! Best Cantina we’ve eaten at since moving from Colorado. Great food, wonderful people and service, along with a fun atmosphere. Don’t miss this restaurant!

1st timer here...Loved the drinks and the food! You can create your own meals and they have lots of options. Our server Leonor was so friendly and attentive! We will definitely be back. Also all servers had masks on which was an additional plus for us.

My husband and I went to eat here and we had the best experience! Amazing food and Margaritas. Leonor was our waitress. She was very sweet and served us our food pretty quickly. She checked on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything else or refill on our margaritas. We are very picky when it comes to restaurants but this one is by far one of our favorites. We also love how they wear masks and we see them always sanitizing. It made us feel comfortable. We can’t wait to go back and hopefully have Leonor again

My wife and I stopped in for lunch. There bowl concept is a great way to try numerous menu items. Everything that we ordered was very good. The variety of flavors was outstanding. We will return.

1st time at Tequila Calavera and had an absolutely awesome experience! Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. We had questions about the menu and she had all the right answers. They EARNED a second visit from our group.

Went to Tequila Calavera Cantina tonight, for the third time, and found that THEY ADD A 3.25% SERVICE CHARGE AFTER THEY PRESENT THE BILL. This restaurant has stolen $7.00 from me without notice or consent, and REFUSED CASH PAYMENT when I objected to the 'surprise' charge. There is a pop up tent ON THE BAR, but not on the tables. I am disputing all my charges in the morning.

I ran across this cantina on Facebook and decided to give it a try. There were a few shortcomings, seemingly all related to them being a new restaurant still waiting for people to discover them, but absolutely nothing that will stop me from going back next week. The food was well portioned and quite flavorful. Some of the items I wanted to try weren't available, and I believe that is because there is so much variety that not everything can be hot and fresh. Fresh it is. My eyes and mouth were firmly convinced that what I was served was made in the kitchen. Every part was tasty and fresh (except for the very good blended Margarita). The ala carte menu style was new for me, and some may be surprised by the lack of 'standard' dishes (like fajitas and Arroz Con Polo) . I hope that won't stop you. Either try something new or ask your server. I would be amazed if this place can't serve you what you desire. I will share one disappointment in hopes that the management takes note. While you have a giant assortment of flavor, there is no heat. When I bite my Mexican food, I really want it to bite back.

Great service! The Manager visited our table a couple of times to make sure all was okay. Our server was friendly and and extremely attentive to our needs. The menu was a bit different than the traditional style menu but, easy to navigate once explained by the server. It was a good time by all!
