My husband and I stopped after he got off work, he works in construction, so he was clean, but had clearly been working outside all day. My daughter had the chicken fingers and French fries and when I asked for extra ketchup, they charged for it. Cool, whatever. My husband ordered his food before me, with my daughter and their food came quickly, my husband and daughter said their food was amazing. I ordered after them because I'm indecisive. When I ordered my food, I also asked for some more ketchup for my daughter. My husband had finished eating and my food and the ketchup still wasn't out. The waitress came back and said I don't know why your food is taking so long and looked and it turned out she hadn't even put in my food in. She apologized and was very remorseful about it, but I wasn't interested in waiting on my food to be re ordered and brought out. By the time the error was caught, my husband and daughter were done eating. The waitress didn't hardly check on us, and we watched her check on her other tables several times, while just walking past ours. I'm not sure what the problem was, but the experience was lukewarm, the food we did get had good flavor, but it's definitely a first for me, leaving a restaurant without eating a single thing.

Got a small spoonful of guacamole with my nachos and was charged $3. Told the owner it was a rip off and she dismissed me saying "sorry sweetie, avocados are expensive". No receipt given after paying even though we asked for one. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten, wheat, and soy allergy and had no problems finding things on their menu.

Had a complaint about a previous order. Was treated very rudely being a minority. All I ask for was understanding concerning the situation. The manager just walk away no with no response or consideration. Then when she was told that I found that to be rude. She repeatedly stated she did not care. Also every other person that had a cocktail at the bar got chips and salsa. I sat for another 30 minutes and was not served what all the other patrons were served. Absolutely ridiculous the behavior of the manager! All I ask for was a an appropriate amount of what I paid for. It was halfway filled.

Order a large rice which is normally full and very fairly portion. I prepare my own meats but I enjoy there rice. I was rudely treated for asking for the remaining portion that was not included. I provided a picture of the item to show the discrepancy. I was told it depends on who is serving the portions for the night. Consistency should be the same every time you order a meal. The food is decent, but if you have a complaint, you may be treated rudely like I was. Please take that into consideration. I informed her I will be writing a review. She told me to go right ahead. She didn’t care..

We’ve been coming here since for about a year now and have never been disappointed. We usually bring our baby and everyone is so friendly and accommodating! They’re also accommodating when it comes down to dietary restrictions.
The food is amazing, their drinks are delicious & we always get lots of chips and salsa to go along with our food. The atmosphere is also great! We love coming here for lunch or dinner!

I had to pay $1.50 for each sauce $4 total. Our waitress did not inform us that it would be an extra charge. The rice is very bland & cold. Within a hour of eating I had the worst stomach ache and I know it’s from the rice . I wish it was freshly made .Unfortunately, it was my first time visiting here as I live super close & last time going. Partial refund would be appreciated as the appetizer was good.

Went to restroom, feces on toilet told waitress and manager. Need to use restroom. DID NOTHING. I had ordered my food and cocktail and was unable to use the restroom. They said they were "very busy." Got up and left. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. I SUGGEST OTHERS NOT GO ALSO.

Poor quality of food . Pick up our order for take home walk in door it was ready girl working the cash register set the food in front of me walk away another girl come to the register to ring me up only 2 people were eating in restaurant all tables empty by looking around all the staff was hanging out around a couple of tables very over staffed should of cut some staff early the tip for my pick up come to $ 12.00 my anger come up for a waitress just to ring my bag a food up cost me $ 12.00 . That why the change of waitress at cash register so tips would spread out to waitress that in working their shift .For the prices that being charged at this restaurant the waitresses should be getting paid at a descent hourly rate I should not being charged their hourly rate . I look for this restaurant to be closing down real soon
