Received this cake for my birthday and for the money spent on it I was shocked it looked horrible, very sloppy work and who writes in black. Looks like a Mermaid cake not a marble cake with sprinkles, being a bakery manager this wouldn't be

Last Mardigras I ordered a King cake from The Baking Mermaid and it was insanely delicious! My son had a piece and said after a few minutes "Mom, I'd like to have this as my birthday cake please!" So 7 months later, here we are and I ordered his King Cake Birthday Cake and Peggy knocked it out of the park! This cake is absolutely scrumptious! I highly recommend The Baking Mermaid for any occasion. I love that I can support a local small business and hope you will too! Thank you Baking Mermaid for making his birthday extra sweet!

The Baking Mermaid is one of the best bakeries in Brevard County. Peggy is absolutely wonderful and everything she makes is so fresh and delicious! I would highly recommend this bakery!

Peggy is a wonderful woman and will make any food allergies accommodation you need. And the price are reasonable. Time management doesn’t seem to be her strong suit, orders have been late (once by a few hours and another time by a day) and her shop has been late to open or closed early. I’m local and will be going back. I just know now to give plenty of time with my orders, and no morning of pick ups.

Peggy is an awesome person and shares her smile and baked goods with everyone. Check out the Emerald Island Nursery when you stop by on Hwy 1.
Drove 20 minutes here because the hours online said you were open only to find out you were closed. Very frustrating
