It was a long wait to get burned chicken tenders, cold fries and the Cinnabon was rock solid completely inedible, it went straight into the trash. We will never order from there again, the gas station food was prob better. Only get the Cinnabon from THE Cinnabon right next to it.

I ordered two burgers with no cheese and both of them had cheese on them!! I am highly allergic to milk. Thank you for messing up my dinner that I waited forever for because it was Uber eats. And thank you for the hives I have today for the cross contamination as well. You might want to double check to make sure it says no cheese cuz people do have allergies and some are very deadly.

Honestly terrible service, i went to the drive thru window and i was ignored for like 5 minutes, until i finally drove away and some acknowledged i was there. The lady who took my order basically rushed me and assumed what i was going to order before i even ordered it. Gave me the wrong drink too, when i said both of my orders were the same. She was rushing me to finish my order the whole time, and at the window they weren’t exactly pleasant.

Not 24 hours. Their computers crash every night from 3-4am
The overnight shift sucks. If you come to this location anywhere from 1-2:30am you will be waiting for 30 minutes or more. The manager is not professional she will tell you to leave if you can’t wait to be assisted. They only work on drive thru and delivery orders. If you come inside and order they don’t address you with any greetings. You will wait for someone that only works at the front counter only to take your order. They are working on delivery order’s only Where other people are doing nothing. That night shift team has no customer service and they are the worst. People stands in line waiting without any service and leaves because they don’t assist customers at all. They need to be a better team and management. Will never go there and order if that same crew is there. Hope to see soon change. Smh

I personally messed up & place my order way too early online & they remade everything quickly & were really understanding. Food was fresh & very good upon getting home (15 min) drive. I swear by this Wendy’s, thanks again for being convenient & there when we most need it.
