Very rude employee. I asked for a couple sauces after spending more than $30 for 2 people, and was told I needed to pay for them. Ok. But there was now a line of people and she was completely impatient with me while trying to get the money out. When charging so much for mediocre food, give a couple sauces included in the outrageous price! Terrible.
The ladies at the window were nice and efficient. The sandwiches were also neatly made. Like they looked like the picture which I rarely see at fast food places

I'm not a fan of making substitutions. Especially without asking. I ordered a breakfast burrito meal. On my receipt, it said seasoned potatoes. But I was given french fries. And they weren't even fully cooked! No color on the outside & meally inside. This is the first time I've ever gotten undercooked fries at any fast food establishment.

I love Wendy’s but whoever is at the window and on the drive thru at this Wendy’s is loud and rude for absolutely no reason. I’m 50% deaf and this lady almost punctured my one good eardrum that remains. Acting like she’s got better places to be and that I needed to hurry up and order.

Awesome location the staff are always friendly they make the orders super fast and accurately. And being attached to the truck stop means that you have a lot more options close to you from the Pilot as well as a Cinnabon bakery also attached

This is a great location, it is well kept, it has a very large dining area, the biggest I have ever seen! The food is good- BUT, what absolutely makes this location, is the staff! They are professional, they work phenomenally together as a team- you can literally see & feel the good vibes!
Denitra (apologies for misspelling 😩) is a real life angel on this earth! She is courteous, professional, has an amazing attitude & you can tell she brings all the positivity, every day. That woman could run the place herself, and ANY company she chooses to work for is lucky to have her on their staff.
In this day & age, what makes or breaks an establishment is the staff- this team makes this location, hands down!
I hope Wendy’s is aware that they have an entire group of assets to their company- they deserve recognition, AND a raise!
You are only as good as you treat your employees- please let them know they are valued!
