1st Street Deli (in Seminole Casino Coconut Creek)

Today I went to the deli for a sandwich, I had to leave a review because the service I received was excellent the host that helped me was Dewilka Lena she was amazing she had a great smile while greeting me and my service was outstanding her name was jesulaine her service was amazing.

I ordered a corned beef sandwich, warm. It came, it was the worst corned beef sandwich. I've ever had in my life. The bread was stale. The corned beef was extremely dry. And when I gave the sandwich back after I did not eat any of the bread, and she could clearly see that the bread was stale. I paid my tab and left but I will never give this place a good review. Horrible service never asked if I wanted anything else.

Last night I had dinner it seemed Amy was the only server there handling over 20+ tables she handled everyone with a smile even tho she was running around she had a great attitude and was very personable I even over heard her saying multiple times thanks for your patience she was truly a stellar server despite the lack of management backing her up she truly made us feel welcomed even with the busy demand keep up the good work amy

Have to say, Usually pretty good. Great matzah ball soup!!! I was in the mood for a corned beef sandwich. The corned beef was totally inedible. Hard dark, and totally dry. So dissapointed. Please read this review hopefully you can improve this!!!

Service here is atrocious order the Reuben sandwich end it up with a pastrami on rye Dry.
Seems to be time to change up the wait staff..... just keep hearing from them I know I know I know.
I would love to tell you about how good the matzo ball soup was that we ordered but we never got it LOL

Our server Amy was amazing!! Extremely attentive and personable. We had a fairly large party with one of us needing to leave early, and she managed us perfectly. The food was amazing as well!

Zanna made my experience unforgettable. She was kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond not just for me, but for her whole team. First time at the casino and the Deli was amazing. I was there for a little business meeting, not to gamble?But I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was a really good price.Was moderate.

I absolutely loved the impeccable service that “Shanshan” provided! She was amazing. I felt like she could have been the owner because she was on top of everything!!!
