Since the change in ownership, the service has been outstanding, with staff who are welcoming, incredibly friendly, and helpful with topping suggestions. Although some customers experienced poor customer service in the past, overall, the restaurant provides a good experience with fresh toppings, including the highly recommended Mangotango—acai with mango, which is incredibly good. The establishment is very clean, and staff members make the açaí with gloves on, ensuring a delightful and hygienic experience.
