I’ve been trying to come here for over 2 weeks and like someone else mentioned, they are closed every day with no update of when / if they will be back, even though the sign says “sorry we are closed today”

This place is amazing for families, offering delicious and healthy food! Since the change in ownership, the service has been outstanding, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Everything is so fresh, and the creamy toppings are simply delicious. You must try the Mangotango—acai with mango is incredibly good! Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming here for over a year and I started coming again every week since they’ve changed owners and everything has gotten MUCH better! The fruit tastes much fresher now and the store seems cleaner and they have also added new things like the mango layer and I am addicted to it now. Recommending it to all my friends and family ?

This place recently switched owners, I went in to get two 16oz açaí and asked for Nutella and bananas like I always use to do which is an extra charge. When I got my cups I realize there was barely any banana on it, I asked if she could add some more since 5 pieces wasn’t the usual, then I notice there wasn’t any Nutella at all around the cup and thought they forgot. She told me there was but it was only in the middle of a corner in the cup which made absolutely no sense. She mention this isn’t the same owners so they are doing things different but all they did was cut down product. She also mention they are a $1 less than last owners but I could care less give me the product I asked and paid for and charge me the usual. As a costumer why would owner reduce price to a $1 less and give less product than before. No logic is being used to have old costumers come back. Also putting a little bit of Nutella in a corner of middle of cup is moronic people want Nutella in every bit. This is why it was around the whole cup which made sense before and if you are cutting cost at least drizzle the nutella on top of banana or fruit. Also the girls working are old enough to use common sense. If you see I’m not happy bc there was barely Nutella at all why not offer to give some on the side instead of me getting a complete refund. Wasted product and money on owner when you could just put Nutella like normal. Now knowing this I will not come back and will go out of my way to go to the boca one instead.
