I have been the two times and I have called once and asked if there were open and said yes then went there 5 mins later and they closed early ( 1 hour early ). And then the last time I went I was called for 10 mins again 1hour before there are closed and they closed earlier again they are not consistent and just BAD service.

Everything was great except for us being told we had to leave at 9:20 when closing is at 10. And then she was making faces at her friend just sitting on the side because we sat down to eat instead of leaving. Horrible customer service

The employee girl didn’t even talk to me, she was in a call with her friend and didn’t give me any attention, instead she kept talking to them in the phone. The açaí is pretty bad also, not cold and pure sugar. I’m from Brazil so I know what açaí and customer service is.

I love the açaí there, in my opinion is the best ever and I drive a lot to go there. But today the strawberry was tasting like spoiled and really bad. Hope they fix it, i told the lady that was there, and through it away because I couldn’t eat it.

Açaí super bad quality.They advertise 4 sizes but they only have the 2 big ones available. Very disappointed with the toppings and very expensive for what it is. Do not recommend.
