Place is horrible. Never have the flavor you want. Supposed to be 31 flavors, they have about 15.
Asked employee why. Don’t know, I just work here. Who owns this joke?

I ordered an ice cream cake online for Thanksgiving, knowing it required 48 hours, so I scheduled pickup the day before the holiday. Unfortunately, when I arrived, there was an issue with my order, and no one had contacted me as promised.

This could have been a disaster, but the store manager, Robert, immediately stepped in. He was genuinely apologetic and assured me he would make it right. An hour later, he personally called to say he had located a cake—but it was over an hour away. Instead of leaving me stranded, Robert went above and beyond: he offered to pick it up himself the next morning, on Thanksgiving Day.

True to his word, he delivered. Thanks to his effort, my family was able to enjoy a beautiful ice cream cake and a memorable Thanksgiving dessert.

Customer service like this is rare these days. Robert literally saved the day, and I am so grateful for his dedication. This experience turned what could have been a stressful situation into a reminder of how much great service matters.

The store is excellent. Valerie the manager is always so pleasant and kind. They're always friendly and treat everyone with the utmost respect. I always get great service there and the food and coffee is excellent

Worst ice cream place ever. Asked for one scoop and one milkshake took 29 minutes and they didn’t even start it until I asked them to . They also charged me for 2 double scoops and when I argued with them they wouldn’t refund it . Don’t ever come to this baskin Robbins

The employees are very rude and this is not a location for baskin Robbin’s anymore, just Dunkin’. The lady was very rude and she didn’t give me a refund. I placed an order on the app and it didn’t give me a warning or something that would let me know baskin Robbin’s is not here anymore.

The worst place to get ice cream they close at 10 and the cleaning up shop at 8:00pm they didn’t even care that we walked in because they closed everything down and didn’t care

ice cream tasted like water and expired

I placed an order on Uber Eats. They were so low on stock that they had literally nothing from my order. But because they accepted the order they couldn’t fill, there was no way to cancel and I was charged anyway.

Went in for a chocolate chip ice milkshake, lady with dreads give me the milkshake and as soon as I tried it I noticed it was extremely water and tasted like straight up milk. I asked her can I get a new one made because it taste like straight up milk and she looks at me and give me the most condescending attitude so you milkshake taste like milk so you want a new one? So i told her a milkshake is suposed to taste like ice cream not like I am drinking a cup of milk. I just asked for my money back. Didn't feel like getting treated as If I was stupid and dont know what a milkshake is suposed to task like. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

The two boys and girl WERE AMAZINGGGGGGG TIP THEM AND CORPORATE NEEDS TO GUVE THEM A RAISE!!!! Friday April 12 6:00pm!!!!!!! Great job

Employees are either high or intentionally malicious. Ordered ice cream and banana splits via UberEATS- ALL flavors and toppings were wrong and banana splits didn't have any banana! # of scoops and ice creams were correct so this tells me it was intentional. I grew up with BR but I'll never be back after this. Hire better people and pay them more or you'll keep losing customers... I can see from other recent reviews that I'm not the only one with this experience this week!
