I was touring and then driving on my way home. I wanted to find something locally. I came to this on Google Maps. This one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my entire life. The waiter was great and so friendly. I wish they had more locations. Hey BRGR STOP come build one in NE Florida. I’ll be your regular! :)

Went here for dinner on Tuesday night for the first time. It was two of us, we were greeted and seated right away. The staff here are extremely polite and pleasant. Amanda was our server, she is AWESOME, ask for her. She had extensive knowledge about the menu and all her recommendations were SPOT ON. If ordering the BIG A$$ PRETZEL. Just know it is really HUGE. The burgers were DELICIOUS and so were the onion rings. The restaurant has a burger joint meets sports bar vibe, I like it and shall return.

I recently visited BRGR STOP, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience! The food was simply amazing, especially the opportunity to build my own burger exactly how I wanted it. Every bite was a delight! My waitress, Amanda, was a highlight of the visit—she was fun, friendly, and had such an awesome personality that it made the meal even more enjoyable. I can't recommend BRGR STOP enough for a delicious burger and a great atmosphere! - Table 6

not recommended. For one everything on the menu is overpriced for a mediocre dish. I ordered 10 dollar street corn that cam BURNT! They seen it was burt and decided to cover it up instead of make a new one. If i was close enough to the place i would go back and get a refund. I asked for water they said “two dollars for tap water and 3 dollars for bottled water” which is ridiculous. I WILL NOT be going back.

Ordered a double smash burger and was told by the waitress that I couldn't change the cheese.. that is was "not possible" to change the cheese... I fail to see how hard it is to pick up a different slice of cheese for my smash burger. Weird, never been to a place you can't pick the cheese for your burger.

Larger group (a group of 5 and a group of 6 separately) came in while were there and wanted to sit together, someone came out and loudly announced that they couldn't push the "booth tables" together. Those tables sat empty the entire time we were there and through the 6 tops meal.

Took about 40 mins to get burgers for a late lunch, another 20 mins after food was done to get milkshakes.. nearly 2 hrs to get and eat lunch and pay.

Food was good, burgers tasty but not epic, truffle bacon Mac was delicious, truffle burger was good. All in all, not bad, but weird rules and not picking your own cheese at a burger place is just very weird. Milkshakes delicious.

Edit to respond to owner; The cost standpoint is understandable, an upcharge would've been fine to get the burger the way I wanted it. The "build your burger" option wasn't presented when I asked simply "So I can't get ghost pepper cheese on anything but the ghost burger?" I was informed 2 other specialty burgers, that I didn't feel like having today, could have that cheese. Good there's an option, it could be communicated though, regardless of if it was missed on the menu. Like I said, wasn't a bad experience per se, but definitely not a 5 star experience hence the, I believe fair, 3 star review. The breakdown I gave shows it, 2 star service, 4 star food, 3 star atmosphere = 3 stars. Still gave a 20% tip so it wasn't all bad. :)

But yes, I've seen cheesecake factory move tables, in fact Im not sure I've been to a restaurant that doesn't allow tables to be moved for bigger parties, even this is moderately understandable given the size the of the dining room though. The reasoning could be explained to customers vs someone just coming out and saying "you can't move those! Bosses rules, but I don't know why" Loudly.

We usually come to this place, not that often but we love it when we want to get away from the daily grind. The milkshakes are amazing. But honestly the coolest thing about the place is the service, they always greet us kindly and with a smile. Our server today was Kaelan (I hope I spelled it right) super friendly, attentive and recommended us a delicious burger. Without a doubt we will go back.

I took my family to this place for a good burger because of the great reviews I saw. I was truly excited to have a burger, however I’m disappointed. It’s like no effort was put into preparing the meals. We ordered a make your own burger, a kids cheeseburger and a cheesesteak. The buns on all items were severely burnt and dry, the meat it was bland no seasoning. Nothing taste like it should not even a generic Heineken. Oh I and found out today that I definitely don’t like truffle fries. Idk if it’s this place but that wasn’t it at all. I had hoped for better.

Went here because of the pictures that I saw online, it looks AMAZING. Unfortunately, the pictures are better than the food. The price is definitely on the high end for the quality of the food that we received. I suppose that is how it is in today's world, meaning prices have gone up & quality has gone down. To be fair, McDonald's, Wendy's & Burger King prices are way up too. I just had higher expectations for this place based on what I saw online. I hate to give a bad review to anyone, but I have to be honest. I wouldn't go back.
