These people literally just messed up my order twice. They’re so busy trying to over talk me and tell me what I want instead of just listening wasted my time. From the person that took my order to the person that redid my order I just can’t belive it lol

We eat at CFA weekly, but this is the first time at this location. Normally, we are very pleased, but on this occasion, at this location, not so much. Food and atmosphere were good but service was not good. We ordered our meal from our phone, gave our table number, and waited. Waited. Waited. 12+minutes. Finally went up and the order was on their table. It was supposed to be brought to our table. The people behind the counter were joking, laughing, and not paying attention. Worst service we’ve had at a CFA, ever. Not likely to visit this location again.

The drive thru is so confusing and convoluted that I didn’t even want to eat here anymore once I figured out how to enter the line. You need more signs.

It was alright BEFORE i had to go inside because they forgot my sauce ,the lady at the counter was so rude. I believe this was a manager or something because she was wearing all black
Staff super attentive. The only fast food where the service is just like a service restaurant. You pick a table they bring the food to you and even asked if i need drink refills.
Kid-friendliness: Mine wasn't ready yet. The kids were all over the place. I asked if they could take care of the kids' food first, and they made it happen. Totally saved my sanity.
