Not understanding why you would sell something to someone if you don’t have everything for the specific item…and not even offer to refund when it’s their negligence.

Around 8pm there is a line out the door with one person behind the counter (with no sense of urgency) and one person in the back decorating cakes. Not once was any apology made, even when people were leaving the line. Very poor management.
