I went to the Dairy Queen in Coconut Creek the other day, and it was great! The staff were super friendly and my Blizzard came out perfect. The place was clean and had a nice, relaxed vibe. You can tell the people who work there actually care about making customers happy.
It’s a nice spot to grab a treat after dinner or just to cool off on a hot day. I’ll definitely be coming back soon for another Blizzard!

Ice cream was delicious. Unfortunately, the staff is poorly mannered and nasty to customers.this is the third visit with a negative interaction with thos noght staff. Specifically, ISABELLA (she wears her name on her necklace). Management should watch their security cameras and judge the poor behavior for themselves. It's a shame because Scott has been nothing but incredible with customer service over the years.

I went to the Dairy Queen in Deerfield for the first time in my life, and I usually never eat ice cream, and I gotta say that each Dairy Queen has its own unique flavor and I love it! Went to coconut Creek’s Dairy Queen, and tried the s’mores for the first time at this location, and it was one of the best! Definitely recommend!

I haven't been to a dairy Queen since my kids were little and I definitely won't be going back. The girl taking orders was not only rude but had no customer service skills obviously she missed the day that taught the customer is always right. She was yelling at customers.and ruined the dq vibe I remember

Zero star!!!! Mind you, I tipped them unlike the rest of the line!!! Drove 20 min, but wanted ice cream because I’m pregnant. I ordered an Oreo blizzard, the girl working (curly brown hair/ young) miss understood me. Was super rude and un professional when she called out M&M like 5 times and said “ma’am!!!! Here’s your blizzard” in a room full of customers. I said “oh I ordered Oreo” she said 10 times out loud and made a huge deal about me. Said I ordered m&m. I’ve worked in customer service for 15 years. She’s not the one having to pay for a wasted blizzard. Why is she making such a huge deal out of something that could have been handled way more professionally. I will not be returning here. Super embarrassing that she even works here.

Every single time we come here with my family, the customer service is HORRIBLE! They don’t provide a receipt, they also don’t take your order correctly, and when you ask a question they look at your like your crazy. Sunday Night with the 3 young girls working customer service is horrible, they should hire responsible, respectful and professional adults.

Ice cream is just as good as it is. But the service sucks. That depends on who is working on the shift but both teenagers were super upset that day.
Now usually I don’t write reviews, but I had to for this place! Every Sunday around 12-1pm, my husband, my son, and I come in for our weekly ice cream as a treat for my son(who is autistic). Gabriella, the young woman working behind the counter (sometimes even alone!) every Sunday, is always incredibly kind and welcoming. We have had many encounters before from other places with rude encounters towards our son and his accommodations but Gabriella has always been respectful and super helpful. A few times, I’ve seen it get a little busy but she always stays on top of it quickly with a smile. Whether it be helping customers, online orders, or bringing those beautiful cakes to the front. She seems to do it all! The soft serve is a perfect consistency for my son and his sensory issues and we all look forward to it every week. Have no complaints about this place whatsoever. This is a thank you to Dairy Queen and Gabriella for giving us a tasty and welcoming place to go to every Sunday. 5 stars!!! 😊🍦

There’s no option to change the ice cream flavor on the uber eats menu. I have to call every time to ask for different flavor ice cream. Great staff, awful customer service on the uber eats options. I should not have to call to request other flavored ice cream. Several times I’ve had to pay for the full uber eats when my ice cream flavor was incorrect.
