Nate was awesome. My burger which was ordered med rare came out well done. He offered to redo it. New one came out perfect! Turns out kitchen had two cheeseburgers with cheddar and bacon ordered at the same time and the orders got switched, med rare / well done. Thanks Nate! Lunch was delish!
