They have this one young guy working here and it has went downhill ,consistently mess up orders and terrible customer service, no accountability, when I see this guy is working I rather go to another location , ps all the other employees are amazing but this one guy terrible I'm just surprised they still have him ,if you wanna keep please take him off drive thru and taking order anything but that

I come to this Dunkin' Donuts location 2-3 times a week, and I’ve recently encountered a new drive-thru employee who has been quite disappointing. He lacks customer service and communication skills, often mumbling and failing to acknowledge me during my order.
It’s frustrating to keep encountering this young man, especially when the previous staff provided much better service and had excellent etiquette.

My card was having problems and kept declining and she was giving me attitude.. thank God for the other worker who handled my situation correctly and was patient and kind! No one told you to work here and clock in girl..

They close at 6pm. Should correct online hours if no one works until 7pm, even drive thru.It’s convenient location when I work in the area. But totally waste of my time, so I had to go to Powerline location, who really works full hours.There are always nice stuff in the morning, afternoons but the evening is kind of not satisfying.
