This location should consider recording drive-through customer service for quality assurance. During my visit, the employee responded aggressively while I was ordering, and even when handing me my food and card, the interaction felt unnecessarily hostile. Overall, the food itself was good, but the treatment I received left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Since this was my first time here, the experience unfortunately gave me a very negative impression of the location.

I just went there at 6:22 July 3, 2025 I at the drive-through nobody answers so I pull up to the window. This kid tells me that they’re about to close went on Google. It says that they close at 7 PM. I’ve been there before at the same time and they never told me that before by the time he’s asking his coworker Reggie I just decide to leave pissed because I noticed that he didn’t want to take my order I just believe that they should work their hours as it’s told and as it shows on the google

The absolute worst. Went one time through drive through and asked me to back up when I got to the window because they get scored on time and need to be faster so when they took my order they didn’t put it in the computer until it was ready.
Today o decided to eat inside and they never came to the counter because they were worried about the drive thru line the whole time. 5 people working no inside cashier at all. I left. Don’t go here unless you’re in the drive thru and no other cars are there. Hey but maybe they will win an award for fastest drive thru time or be off the bad list because they are actually slow.

Orders do not seem to translate once completed, rude personnel, hair in food, just absolutely no customer service. Several occasions visited this location thinking it may be a one off but consistently horrible. This morning was last straw will NEVER visit this location again.

1 Star – Extremely Rude Drive-Thru Experience

I had a truly disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts on Coconut Creek Parkway. From the very beginning, the manager was unbelievably rude while taking our drive-thru order. We weren’t moving fast enough for her, and she spoke to us in a short, nasty tone, rushing us along like we were a burden.

When I pulled up to pay and asked the young girl at the window who took the order, she wouldn’t tell me—because it turned out it was the manager. When I asked the manager what the problem was, she sarcastically said, “What’s the problem?” I told her, you’re the problem—why the attitude? That’s when she got even more aggressive and snapped, “Because it took you 300 seconds to order. Normal people would have ordered faster!”

I admit, I could have been a little more understanding—but I’m a paying customer. All I wanted was my food, attitude-free. I asked for butter for my sandwich, and she told me they charge for that. Fine—I offered to pay, but then she told me I'd have to drive back around through the drive-thru just to get it. When I asked why she wouldn’t just give it to me and take the payment, she said, “Because you think you're going to get what you want. I'm not giving in to you!”

She called me disrespectful, refused to help, and said I wasn’t going to get what I wanted. I ended up sitting there until another employee brought the butter out. Meanwhile, five cars were stuck behind me. I even told her that her spitefulness was affecting others. Her response? “I don't care. It’s your fault!”

All I wanted was butter for my bacon, egg, and cheese bagel.

To the manager: I hope your day gets better. Whatever you're going through, please don’t take it out on others. Serve with compassion, be grateful for your job, and remember that everyone is going through something. It's important to set a healthy tone for the young adults working along side you. I certainly tried to be patient, and I’m sorry you were having a bad day and truly hope it gets better.—but this experience was unnecessary, undeserved and most certainly unacceptable.

Horrible and sad that they can’t make a simple drink! Staff needs to be trained better in customer service and how to properly make a drink.

I wish this Dunkin was actually good. I normally have no problems but there are workers who just give you dirty looks and don’t say hello, thank you, you’re welcome…etc. There sandwiches are very good. When it comes to drinks such as coffees they somehow manage to make it taste different every time I order it. I don’t understand why that is. I have to go to a farther Dunkin just to receive a coffee I know won’t taste different.

I come to this Dunkin' Donuts location 2-3 times a week, and I’ve recently encountered a new drive-thru employee who has been quite disappointing. He lacks customer service and communication skills, often mumbling and failing to acknowledge me during my order.

It’s frustrating to keep encountering this young man, especially when the previous staff provided much better service and had excellent etiquette.

Whole staff needs to be retrained on Drive thru etiquette and their ability to make menu items. Hit a Dunkin in NY and the difference is night and day.
