This establishment is run by Children not adult, the lack of customer service is ridiculous!! They need to revamp the workers and the supervisor. Again worst experience with customer service.

My card was having problems and kept declining and she was giving me attitude.. thank God for the other worker who handled my situation correctly and was patient and kind! No one told you to work here and clock in girl..

They close at 6pm. Should correct online hours if no one works until 7pm, even drive thru.It’s convenient location when I work in the area. But totally waste of my time, so I had to go to Powerline location, who really works full hours.There are always nice stuff in the morning, afternoons but the evening is kind of not satisfying.

Hey my name is Jay I was a customer here for a while I recently got hired by The manager at the store my training was a nightmare the training manager Jamie bullied me constantly bc I’m Dyslexic and made fun of me she was also very racist to me and the other black and Indian decent staff I needed a break to drink some water and she would not let me go I over heard her saying things in Spanish about my nappy hair and she also favorited the one Spanish girl from Columbia in the training even tho she moved very slow this woman is corrupt and I will bring this up to the highest level in corporate America and have this store investigated by the FDC for not following food health safety standards shame on you Jaimie shameful woman !!!.
Funny thing happened this morning. My kids noticed that there were new employees, super friendly. Jackie has always been great, but these new ones caught our attention. My wife calls me on her way to work to actually tell me the same thing. (she doesn't call me while driving) Nice work new crew!

I’m a student and my school is a block from this dunkin, so this is the closest place for me to get breakfast on the go that’s decent but the problem is that they always mess up something. My order is consistent, sourdough breakfast sandwich with sweet pepper bacon and yellow American cheese, but they always manage to mess it up somehow. Either they don’t add the correct bacon, don’t add the correct cheese, or both. This time, I received the wrong cheese and and a lousy amount of pepper bacon. I don’t always have time to go and have them correct it. I just want a decent breakfast before class but they are always hit or miss on food.I try calling but the store NEVER picks up. Called the customer service phone line and they said there was nothing they could do because it wasn’t a mobile order and I would have to wait 24-48 hours for a call back.Just honestly annoying at this point to spend my hard earned money on something for it to be consistently messed up.
