If you’re trying to get your order in under 20 minutes, avoid this place. Apparently this location does not function under the banner of “fast food.” There were 4 people ahead of me getting regular stuff like a coffee, all for only 1 guy to not only take the order but to also make each order at the speed of an endangered 90 year old gopher tortoise. Couldn’t even place my order after being in line for over 20 minutes. Hire more staff or get a faster employee

Slow and unfriendly service, stale chewy bagels and the egg tastes like burnt plastic. This has become the norm with every Dunkin I have visited lately. The bagels are consistently stale and the coffee is not consistent. I always have to check before I pull away because I’ve wasted so much money on poorly made and unpleasant tasting coffee. This morning my breakfast sandwich was made incorrectly and I watched the employee piece together two separate used bagels lying to the side to make my new sandwich. Seriously?
Small portions, expensive and the food is consistently terrible. Please do better Dunkin. This has become the norm across the board for this chain.

An lactose intolerant, ONLY request OAK MILK in my iced caramel coffee with whip cream, last 2 times having me running to the toilet AND it shouldn't if NOT using milk! No more drive thru for me, this is why I need to SEE you make my coffee, JUST FOR THIS REASON!😐🥺

It’s sometimes crazy busy, but what I love is that they are fast and efficient. The early morning crew is my favorite. Mobile orders are easy. And I can get gas at the same time :). Highly recommended from a DD addict.

It took 20 min to get a sandwich (one) bc they are watching stuff on their phones instead of working (while making the sandwich like it's a pub sub)

I mean it's something special for being tucked away in a gas station. Unfortunately there isn't alot of space to accommodate the foot traffic sometimes but as long as you are understanding that only about 2 workers can fit back behind that counter..you will have a pleasant experience.
This location is a grab n go..not a sit down and it's a walk up to counter not a drive through. Just fyi

Very rude employees. Zero customer service skills whatsoever. I will never be back to this location.

Walked in on Sunday afternoon, 1 lady in line in front of me, 1 employee working, looked like he was preparing to go orders. He never greeted either of us. Lady in front of me finally gave up & walked out. I continued to wait. Not excessively long but a “I’ll be right with you folks” would have been very nice. No biggie. Ok he finally walks up. Says nothing. Just walks to the register and looks at me. I say Can I please have a medium cold brew with cream. He rings it in. Still says nothing. I pay he goes off to make the coffee. Finishes and mumbles something to me as he is setting the coffee down on the other end of the store. I am still at the register. I walk down to get the coffee. And I said thank you. He doesn’t even look up. I again said thank you, louder. Still no reply. Now Im pissed. I say “I SAID THANK YOU”. He finally says under his breath your welcome. No chance he didnt hear me the first time, I was very close to him and I spoke with a clear loud voice.

Just absolutely rude. Should never be allowed to work directly with customers.

I would give zero stars if that was an option.

I would love to give this place a better review because the service is very good. Unfortunately, every time I go there I am saddened because they do not allow credit card tips for their employees. These people are struggling like anyone else and everyone needs anything they can get. People would be happy to give tips and the manager here should allow that!

The food is fine, but I keep having a repeating issue where I ask for a vanilla creme donut and getting Bavarian creme instead (easy to mix up cause they look exactly alike). Problem is both of those donuts on the same tray, and when I ask to make sure I’m met with annoyed attitude from the guy at the register. Given this location too many chances, not worth trying anymore.
