I walked in at 5:20pm on Saturday 11-22. Two kids were working, I stood at the counter and they just stared at me didn’t even greet me. I asked if I could get hot chocolate and he said no. I asked for anything like a white chocolate mocha or even a coffee and he said no. And he said sorry they close at 6pm…it was 5:20…they just glared at me so I just walked out, they were very rude I was open to spend a decent amount of money but their rudeness made me feel unwelcome. I understand if it was 5:45 even….but it was 5:20pm….its not that hard to be kind .

I visited this location earlier this week and the woman whom I assume is the manager (wearing the gray collared shirt), was of NO HELP. I couldn’t believe it, but she was talking on her phone on what sounded like a personal call and I was standing at the counter waiting for someone to take my order. I waited a moment, and when I finally spoke up, she said “someone will be with you in a minute” and just walked away. How rude is that? I turned right around and walked out. I won’t be back, that’s for sure. I didn’t see a name tag or I would’ve included her name in this review.

I really dont see dunkin staying open for much longer. Throughout every store im extremely disappointed. Food quality, drink quality and overall just poorly managed. If its not that one store never has a variety of donuts. Another store has a weird odor or terrible food. Im not even joking when i say today I was served chocolate water. My drink has absolutely no coffee in it. My sandwich is smashed flat. Im so tired of hoping this time will be different because I genuinely do like dunking. Just something has changed recently they all are just absolutely terrible and I hate saying this. But something needs to change or just close down the doors now please. Stop pissing people off we all see the ratings. Hardly any if any at all have over 4 stars. Its not the people its dunkin going to shit and we're watching it

Came 8n said good morning the lady just looked at me. At first I thought she was just spaced out. But then I said hi and she looked and nothing. Girl did not want to work at all. Asked for iced latter she said there is no almond milk. This was June 11 at 915 am. If I was the owner I would want to know this.

Ordered 150 munchkins at 6:30 am to be picked up at 5:40 pm for my kids birthday. Was told on the app that my order was fulfilled and ready for pick up. Got to the store and was told by the cashier that they didn’t have the munchkins to fulfill my order. Told me I would have to go through the app for refund. Spent 20 minutes arguing with a bot to get a case number for refund. I will dispute the charges.

Not sure who owns this store but its the worst one in south florida. They dont know how to make coffee and always fill half the cup leaving other half empty. I tried to give them another chance since its near my home but today was last straw. I ordered bagel toasted cream cheese on it the lazy person does not bother putting on the bagel on the side. The worst part is they dont provide a knife so i guess i am supposed to use my finger. When asked for knife the lady had to have an attitude that she was busy, if you had done this correctly than would not need to come inside. Also ordered egg and cheese wraps just to find beacon on them. How the hell do you miss read it not sure. Go to the Dunkin on Hills and Lyons or 441 and Wiles they can actually read the tickets.
