I’d give 0 stars if I could! The employees clearly act as if they do not like their job . I ordered bacon . It was completely undercooked . When I asked if they can redo it, the man said no that’s how it is , then proceeded to tell the coworker ,while I’m still there , “did u hear what I said to her” This place has unprofessional employees and would never recommend going to this location!

I walked in at 5:20pm on Saturday 11-22. Two kids were working, I stood at the counter and they just stared at me didn’t even greet me. I asked if I could get hot chocolate and he said no. I asked for anything like a white chocolate mocha or even a coffee and he said no. And he said sorry they close at 6pm…it was 5:20…they just glared at me so I just walked out, they were very rude I was open to spend a decent amount of money but their rudeness made me feel unwelcome. I understand if it was 5:45 even….but it was 5:20pm….its not that hard to be kind .

I visited this location earlier this week and the woman whom I assume is the manager (wearing the gray collared shirt), was of NO HELP. I couldn’t believe it, but she was talking on her phone on what sounded like a personal call and I was standing at the counter waiting for someone to take my order. I waited a moment, and when I finally spoke up, she said “someone will be with you in a minute” and just walked away. How rude is that? I turned right around and walked out. I won’t be back, that’s for sure. I didn’t see a name tag or I would’ve included her name in this review.

Some of the staff don't pay attention, you ask for one thing and they give you another, they take a long time, they don't pay attention, it's a disappointment
Always hit or miss. You just never get consistent orders for Frozen coffee.

I really dont see dunkin staying open for much longer. Throughout every store im extremely disappointed. Food quality, drink quality and overall just poorly managed. If its not that one store never has a variety of donuts. Another store has a weird odor or terrible food. Im not even joking when i say today I was served chocolate water. My drink has absolutely no coffee in it. My sandwich is smashed flat. Im so tired of hoping this time will be different because I genuinely do like dunking. Just something has changed recently they all are just absolutely terrible and I hate saying this. But something needs to change or just close down the doors now please. Stop pissing people off we all see the ratings. Hardly any if any at all have over 4 stars. Its not the people its dunkin going to shit and we're watching it
