I have been to Dunkin Donuts all over the country this one by far has the worse staff I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. Whoever was working there on 1/3/2026 at around 8:30pm has no business dealing with the public. They should also be told that the goal of having them in the store is to generate revenue not to refuse to make something that has been requested. Personally, I would never return to this location and anyone that wants reasonable service should be wary I highly doubt that you will get it at this place.

I go to this location pretty often. Today, Sunday morning, I was there around 9am. The service was slower than usual but the food was prepared well and the coffee was delicious.

Disgusting !! Employee kept on scratching his head and you can clearly see the dandruff on his shirt. Had his behind showing. This place in general is not sanitary, back counters had a big mess!! Never coming here again

Really, really bad customer service, especially the girl with the braids and purple hair, she tried to tell me off the other morning. The decaf sucks most days, but it is so close to my home. The preacher man that works there reminds me of a stalker, he is sketch. No sense of urgency AT ALL. Lena is the ONLY one who knows her shit and acts fast to get you in and out. I am sure she will leave soon, the good ones always go. They need new coffee machines and a whole new staff.

Poor service. Employees don't change gloves for the orders which is vegetarian when confronted they said we did not ask. Also too long to give take out order of a bagel just toasted with nothing on it. The hot latte with mocha also got cold waiting for the bagel.
Very disappointed. The phone for the store to complaint does not work either.

Workers were nice and I got a higher quality sweet pepper bacon crossoint sandwich than usual. Dunkin is very inconsistent but I like this place.

Google and the Dunkin app said it closed at 10. It is 6:57 however, they were closed. To spice the fact that I paid for our mobile order ahead time they said they were closed. They told me to just call tomorrow for a refund which I cannot do because I have to work and the guy says I don’t know what to do despite the fact that I paid. Low staff is not an excuse to deny a mobile customer who paid

This was honestly one of the worst Dunkin’ visits I’ve ever had. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and it felt like no one cared about the customers at all. Service was painfully slow—even with barely anyone in line, it took forever just to get a simple order. By the time I finally got my food and coffee, the quality didn’t make up for the terrible experience. Definitely not what you’d expect from Dunkin’. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

This Dunkin’ is located in a really nice area, but unfortunately, it looks almost abandoned. The selection of donuts is very limited, and the store doesn’t seem to be well cared for, especially in terms of cleanliness. It gives the impression of poor management, which is disappointing for a brand like Dunkin

Understaffed=Bad Service

The people who work here are super nice, but the owner must be cheap because they often don't have enough people working here. You have to moderate your expectations when you go to any Dunkin vs any Starbucks, but there are better-run Dunkins around...

I come to this Dunkin' donuts quite often and I must say they have the nicest staff of all the Dunkin' donuts I've been to. The food is always fresh and regardless of how busy it is, they are always so helpful and kind. I cannot recommend this store enough. I would give each of the staff including store manager a 10 out of 10 stars.

They don’t like giving extra expresso shots even if u pay for it.
I’ve been out of Florida for a year now and I’m back and boy one thing I didn’t miss was the rudeness and the lack of customer service here
This Dunkin’ Donuts is a perfect example of terrible Customer Service. They all looked angry
And when you order through the APP To pick up your coffee, terrible! It’s never right!

Ordered from this location today on uber eats.. why offer flavors in the drinks when the customers don’t get it anyways? My Dunkalatte was not made with coffee milk like it’s supposed to be on top of the fact no flavor was added as ordered. Employees must not even read the stickers, they just do whatever they feel like doing. With employees so illiterate and incapable, this place will be closed in no time.
