This Dunkin’ is located in a really nice area, but unfortunately, it looks almost abandoned. The selection of donuts is very limited, and the store doesn’t seem to be well cared for, especially in terms of cleanliness. It gives the impression of poor management, which is disappointing for a brand like Dunkin

I come to this Dunkin' donuts quite often and I must say they have the nicest staff of all the Dunkin' donuts I've been to. The food is always fresh and regardless of how busy it is, they are always so helpful and kind. I cannot recommend this store enough. I would give each of the staff including store manager a 10 out of 10 stars.

They don’t like giving extra expresso shots even if u pay for it. I’ve been out of Florida for a year now and I’m back and boy one thing I didn’t miss was the rudeness and the lack of customer service here This Dunkin’ Donuts is a perfect example of terrible Customer Service. They all looked angry And when you order through the APP To pick up your coffee, terrible! It’s never right!

Ordered from this location today on uber eats.. why offer flavors in the drinks when the customers don’t get it anyways? My Dunkalatte was not made with coffee milk like it’s supposed to be on top of the fact no flavor was added as ordered. Employees must not even read the stickers, they just do whatever they feel like doing. With employees so illiterate and incapable, this place will be closed in no time.

No sense of urgency, donuts were fine and quick. But if you're getting a sandwich or I drink very disorganized. Moving very slow sandwiches were cold, lack of motivation. Management needs to step up

I went to grab breakfast and two desserts while I waited for my wife's appointment to finish at the doctor. However, the staff was very polite and helpful, making sure I received what I had ordered, and they even asked questions to make sure they didn't leave anything out of my order. Overall, the experience was great, and I would surely go there again.
This is my go to dunkin' donuts. I really actually like this location, which is not reflective of my rating. But here's why. There was a manager that I haven't seen lately, she was so personable and so kind. She knows almost every customer by name, including myself. She goes above and beyond for her job. She's always smiling, and always happy to help. I haven't seen her for a little bit now, hopefully she's still there and as far as the rest of the staff there are definitely one or two there that are phenomenal as well. Definitely the young man that usually prepares the sandwiches and the young lady with the brown hair is phenomenal as well. The reason why I gave the lower score though, I typically order from them at least once or twice a week - it was more but now I am trying to cut down on the spending. The last three times I came in, my croissant sandwich was so burnt to a crisp, that even biting into it was like biting into a stale old piece of bread. I was really upset but I don't want to make a scene because like I said I do enjoy some of the people who work there. If something is not made satisfactory, the other employees will gladly help and fix whatever I show them didn't come out right. The young lady that makes the sandwiches looks like she hates being there. This is probably why my sandwiches are constantly horrible. I have to take off almost the entire bread to be able to consume the sandwich. The coffee is not being made as great as it used to be either. It's not horrible, but it's not like it used to be. I think it's because, the new people that they hired. They don't care as much as the old ones. Either way, I wish I could give them five stars because there are a few employees there that are super hard workers and really want to make you happy when you come in there. The gentleman with the long hair pulled back in a ponytail is always working super hard. I would still recommend this place, just check your sandwich before you leave.

My mom got CURSED AT in this store. This morning 3/21/25 my mom walked into a Dunkin Donuts to pick up her online order. When she asked the lady at the coffee station if she would please make her a new coffee because her order wasn’t right the lady started cussing my mom out. Another gentleman was defending my mom because the ladys first instinct was to be EXTREMELY rude and flat out cursing.
