Stopped by after going to Butterfly World. We sat outside. Very nice, calm atmosphere. Customer service was great and our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Food was 10/10 amazing. We had the fried calamari, ethos platter, and steak. Will definitely be returning.

Update (October 2025): We just returned to Ethos for my father-in-law’s birthday dinner, and once again, Michaela made the evening unforgettable. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality continue to set the standard. She greeted us like family and made sure every moment was perfect. The food remains consistently excellent—especially the lamb chops, which are still our favorite. Ethos continues to be our go-to spot, and Michaela is a big reason why. Highly recommend!

10/10 Ethos is one of my favorite Greek spots to hit. The food is AMAZING quality. Atmosphere lovely. Love the chicken platter, the hummus, the roasted potatoes!

Excellent food

When you come in ask for the KING ! From the moment we were seated, our server Kingston went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. He was friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu — even offering great recommendations that turned out to be spot-on. It's rare to find someone who clearly takes so much pride in their work. Kingston truly elevated our night out — we felt welcomed abd relaxed !
Service like this is what keeps people coming back. Next time we are bringing our friends !

My favorite place to come in Coral Springs! The food is amazing and the drinks are incredible. Mihaela H was such an amazing server. I feel like this is one of the only restaurants where you get everything. Great service, foods, and drinks!
