Family Bagel Of Long Island

35 yr resident of Creek. Prefer other bagel places as they have better bagels and friendlier staff. But it’s closest location to me so occasionally I go here for a bagel.Today, at this awkward time of “do we wear a mask inside a restaurant or not”, I opted to wear one out of habit/caution. While waiting for my bagel, the staffer (both sans mask) and customer proceeded to trash talk mask wearing openly as I stood there. This tactless and rude handling of this difficult situation by the staffer is all I needed to see so I will never be back. Zero customer service skills or care here.

Such service! Service only exceeded by their whitefish salad! Mmmmmmmm!I got to Plaza at 9:59 pm and Publix wouldn’t let me in. After an 8 hour shift i was hungry and not looking forward to McDonalds. I noticed Family Bagels lights on, and was surprised they were open.They weren’t. I walked in and was greeted by their AMAZING cleaning crew. They explained they were closed, but if I wanted anything from the cold case they’d be HAPPY to help!!!Thank you! The sesame bagels and whitefish salad were DELICIOUS, still fresh, and as apologetic as I was made me feel very welcome.The cashier had to re-open and then close the register (she was SO nice), and the gentleman who served up the DELICIOUS whitefish thanked me for walking in— remember, they were closed.I’ve had breakfast here twice before and always order the whitefish.CUSTOMER SERVICE is the rule here. I hope i tipped enough. You have a customer for life!Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

I haven’t been here in awhile but Still Love ? the food especially the French Toast. The waitresses and Staff are Friendly ??The prices are reasonable and love the Rewards Card.

Can't miss! It's a must go! Partial to the Greek Omelette. Great service & staff!

I've been here twice since the new owners took over. Service must've left with the old owners. Make sure you leave your morning wide open because you'll just be waiting. Better suggestion, any place else.

One of the worst meals I have ever had and overpriced to boot! Omelette tasted like watered down wallpaper paste. It pains me to say it because I like to support independent businesses but this is just not good at all.

Decent food in past but now due to hygiene concerns will not go back. People making the food also handle the money and constantly touch their masks and scratch their hair. A few people complained about this and pointed it out while I was waiting in line. Had I seen earlier I would not have ordered.

I like the place. It's the first restaurant I have walked into since covid. I only did a pickup. But the place was packed people standing in the entryway some with masks many without. I think it's a good place but I think they need to come up with a better plan for the people that don't want to go into the restaurant

Amazing food, expect a line but well worth the wait. The food is fresh and the place is very inviting, go go go! One of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time.

They bought an existing business. The minute they bought it they raised the prices and reduced the size of the meal. The bagels are super small. They barely give you a napkin. The napkins are so small they don’t cover one leg! They are so cheap. I don’t know why new owners do that. They completely change the business model. Go to Bogarts. They are up the street. They give you tons of food for good prices. Don’t waste your time here.

I go the distance for this place. Their bagels are yummy and their staff gas always been very friendly

Saddest bagels in south Florida. My everything bagel had about 3 poppy seeds, 4 sesame seeds, and 2 pieces of garlic on it. I’ve gotten better bagels at 7-11. There are so many great bagel places in the area and this ain’t one of them.

Service with a smile, the protein omelette was good but a big wet on the inside. Everything else was delicious!
