It was an awesome experience and the seafood was even more awesome. Everything was delicious. Cooked just right. I mean the fish was tender and juicy and crispy on the outside the whole fish. Awesome! Got to go. Try it

I wish I could give 0 stars order on uber whole order was incorrect. Not enough food for everyone to eat. Employee just told me to contact uber and have a good rest of my night, asked for a manager was told there was not one there maybe they should have someone managing the place……First and last time ordering….

Zaid and all of the other workers are so friendly and they have Magnificent service the tenors are so juicy and the fries are very crispy and the shrimp is so good. Make sure to leave a tip when you’re walking out. From Aboody :)

The fried chicken wing dinner was great they have a special on sundays 10 piece fried chicken with fries for a $11.99

I had a great experience at Hook Seafood & Wings thanks to Daniel, the cashier. From the moment I walked in, he was respectful, fast, and professional. He greeted everyone with a positive attitude, stayed focused even when it got busy, and made sure every customer was taken care of quickly and accurately.

What stood out the most was how patient and clear he was when explaining the menu or answering questions—he never made anyone feel rushed or ignored. You can tell he takes his job seriously and wants people to leave happy.

Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Shout out to Daniel for holding it down and keeping the vibe solid!

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and my experience was horrible, I called in my order and asked for the family meal with 6 piece catfish and 10 wings and was told this did not exist, so i ordered each item separately including one side of liver and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. i drove 25 mins only to discover that the meal I requested was on the menu in the restaurant and asked for an adjustment in my price of the order, the employee, Daniel, looked and me and told me he never seen this item before, I asked for a manager who quickly accommodated me due to the misinformation by the employee but was then told that they had not started making the food because I had to pay before they could start which was not relayed to me when i placed the order, so now I have to wait another 30 minutes for the food to be cooked, the manager did give a discount for the inconvenience however when the food was finally ready it was missing the liver, the employee, Daniel, again looked at me and said it was not on their board as part of my order, i had to then take out my receipt and show them that i did order and pay for it. I finally get my food home, but it was totally below standard, the wings and the Liver were burned , the fries were undercooked, the only edible part of this $50 meal was the catfish, which was really good. Needless to say the Manager was great, however, Daniel could use some training on the menu and empathy. although I was given I discount for my food, more than half of it was inedible clearly not worth the $50 I spent and service was unacceptable.
