It's been a while since I have eaten here but today's lunch and excellent staff interaction will bring me back for sure. The young man that was the manager on shift took excellent care of us and gave us 20% off despite not having any reward points. I watched his interaction with his staff and was impressed by his kindness and patience. The owner of this location should be proud.

Almost $13 just for a plane wrap no soda no chips nothing the most expensive wrap I ever had in my life it wasn't even toasted warmed up or anything just a cold wrap with barely any chicken for almost $13 if I wanted a soda and chips was nearly $18 I couldn't believe it the most overpriced sandwich I ever had in my life and it wasn't even good

Owner manager rude after showing my sandwich had 1 slice of turkey. She said measured out at 80 grams. 14.00 for this lunch. Too many better sub shops around. Stick with Laspados. John's is scklock.if I could give no stars I would. Decent bread though if I want a bread sandwich. She could have handled this much better. Seriously though 1 slice.

So today I called and ordered a tuna sandwich at 1:20 p.m. The person on the phone did a great job taking the order. Typically the company is known as freaky fast. Not sure exactly what standards that is for this particular location. I have ordered here before in the past and never had an issue. At 2:10 I still have not received the food so I called and the guy said I'm sorry we're just really busy You should have it shortly. I asked him has it gone out yet and he said no not yet they're waiting for a driver. Not sure how long tuna fish can last in regular temperature... It's now over an hour. These are not the standards that I expect. I would also assume the guy in a phone would say I'm so sorry would you like a free chips cookie or soda for the inconvenience. But nothing...It got here at 2:42. Check #38 07/01/2022

On December 1, I went here to eat around night time and as soon as I walked through the door I instantly felt uncomfortable by the workers working there. I felt as if I almost interrupted them or I did something wrong by going there to eat…while I ordered my sub, they looked at each other almost in disgust that I had chosen that sub.The service and experience was so bad and made me so uneasy that I did not feel comfortable enough to stay and eat my sub there… I took it to my car and ate instead. Unfortunately, while I was eating it, I realized I could not even finish it because of how uncomfortable the service made me.Definitely would not recommend this location.

We all got violently sick. Food poisoning. How awful and right during Christmas even and Day. I don’t make many reviews but do not wish this for anyone and feel I should say something.
