Ashley was one of the most impressive bar managers I have encountered between many high-end bars across the country. Even though it was a busy Saturday night, she was accomaditing and efficient. Drinks were made right, including my favorite: the Paper Plane with Wild Turkey and fresh squeezed lemon. Not many places have both WT101 and Amaro Nonino and fresh lemons!
