This place has been going downhill a lot, the food is getting worse and worse, I started going there two years ago when I moved because it's a minute away from my house but I honestly prefer to drive further than put up with the bad service and the bad food they serve here lately, don't bother saying good morning, please or thank you because the only thing you will receive in return is a murderous look, and worse still, don't even think about asking for ketchup or having them change the sauce that they gave you wrong even though you ordered it right when You ordered because they would look at you as if you owed them money and they would slam the window in your face, don't order cold coffee either because they will give you a glass full of ice and milk but you won't find coffee flavor, you would think that with the price that everything has at least They would care about serving you well, but not

You get so used to receiving such bad service at this McDonald's franchise that when you receive good service you have to highlight it. I want to highlight the attention of Mr. Luis today Oct 17 at 8pm. I was eating at this place for a while and their customer service with the drivers who take orders was so respectful and friendly
Usually when I come here .. the food is fresh but tonight at 9:30 pm it was awful.. I ordered 2 $5 dollar meals .. the sandwich’s was made wrong the Mc Double was no pickles.. it had pickles on it with extra ketchup and mustard that I didn’t ordered which means it was old and they tried to make it look freshly made and the Mc chicken was a spicy one which I can’t eat spicy food, the fries were old and re-heated very dried out.. we ordered large drinks and got small.. We couldn’t take it back because it was raining too hard.. I know you really did have customers in the drive- thru but we didn’t deserve to get old food.
