I went to this location yesterday. I redeemed all my points to buy a Big Mac. Apparently, my order never processed, and even when I showed the cashier the time and order on my phone, she told me my order wasn't in their system, so she wasn't helpful, and I lost 6,000 points. Very disappointed.

Worst communication i have ever experienced in my life and that is saying something these days. And still the slowest run late night drive thru in the whole area and it's not even close, this location has been in dire need of new management for some time now, and is just getting worse.
