When you get French fry order, I would expect to fill the box up so it’s all the fries that can fit in there, not half way or 3/4 full. Maybe that’s just the way McDonald’s does it now since they printed some fries on the back of the cardboard so it looks like fries are there when they aren’t.

I took my daughter to buy a snack she wanted at 10:30. I waited in line for 35 minutes. The employee had a very bad face and treated me very badly. She gave me the wrong snack. I came to see the mistake here at home. I am very sad about the McDonald's at this address.

Why is the line always so long. The service is good but there is always something at this location after 10. Either cash only, order at the window, app not working to take the code, they are not serving something. It seems like they only have 2 people working and this location gets busy. Management do better.

Today 1/27/25 I had the worst customer service experience ever from a woman / spanish manager! I placed an order through drive- thru , my Aunt who was in the passenger side asked for a senior coffee with 3 sugar 3 cream. The manager then said she couldn’t hear her so I repeat the order , the manager then said to me “I’m not talking to you “ I said excuse me? So I drove to the window to ask her was she ok. I then told her that her customer service was horrible, she then slam the window in my face!! I was and still is shocked!! The worst experience ever!I pulled off and went across the street to chick-fil-A. & had a Awesome Experience! Mcdonald’s manager needs to be fired!

Ordered a coffee through the app for $1 using the daily deal. My fiance went to pick it up as she was already in the area so I sent her a screenshot of the order number. When she went to go pick it up, one of the employees said she couldn't take it because she only had a screenshot of the order number and she needed to have the order number using the app. This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of. How would she have the order number if I didn't give it to her? Did the employee think she was running some kind of elaborate scam to steal $1 coffees from McDonald's? We had to end up paying for a coffee full price because the employee wouldn't let her take the other coffee I already paid for. Won't be going back to this McDonald's out of principal.
