This place sucks. I came here late night because I was just craving some greasy food. HUGE MISTAKE! The food was whatever but the service was awful. The gentleman working on February 26th around 11:40 was atrocious. I ordered 2 burgers, a large fry, and a large drink between my husband and I. We wanted to try their new McDonald's sauce so we asked for one so we could share. By default, we typically each get a buffalo sauce for personal because we use it for both our burgers and fries. I asked the white, longer haired gentleman for the two buffalo sauces at the window (I had only requested one McDonald's sauce at the order screen, no other sauces.) I specifically said "may I also have 2 buffalo sauces?" He then said "I will give you one." And handed me one... I was actually so baffled that I, for some reason, thought he had said "I put one in the bag" or something. Why does it matter how many sauces you're giving? I know what I want, I know what I eat with my food. You ruined my meal. Do you guys get paid more to protect your sauces? I am annoyed. They already charge too much for a cheap burger. GIVE ME MY SAUCES! Won't come back.

Just stopped in to get a coffee. Quick and easy. Just like what a McDonald's supposed to be. I ASKED for two creams and two sugars on the side. I opened my coffee and there was like four creams inside and four sugars inside. So I went back in. The lady gave me a bunch of attitude. I said the customer is always right, and please remake it. She gave me more attitude, but finally gave me a cuppa coffee. I put my two creams two sugars in myself. And when I got to the car, the coffee was Almost cold. So much for my coffee life went on..
The overnight crew is always courteous and pleasant. Thank you guys!

Person working drive thru not enthusiastic at all….handed me my food any kind of way….sandwich was thrown together and looked very sloppy….will not be coming

So I have been coming to this McDonald's on and off for 3 years since I work at the casino right behind it. I've gone multiple times around the times of 3:40-4:00am, and I've always been able to order no problem. But as of the recent months (3), every time I go now, I'm told they are only serving breakfast and only taking cash. Now, the first couple of times that's happened, I just guessed the system was down, but when I happens consistently, I begin to wonder. I visited Wednesday morning at 3:50am. Once I got to the menu to order, I was told to drive up to the window to place my order (and yes, only breakfast and cash). This time I had some cash on me so np. The car in front of me got their order and left. Once I got to the window the manager told me thr usual speech. I said that's fine I'll order 2 steak bagels and 1 hash brown. She took the order and went inside. Mind you they are ONLY serving breakfast at this time. She comes back a couple minutes later to tell me, it's going to be minute since they don't have the food ready at the moment. I said no problem I'll order something else. She then says, "No, we don't have any breakfast stuff ready. I was confused because I thought that's all they served at this time. How is it not ready? Also, the car that just left got their order? I had a little time to spare so I say okay that's fine, ill wait. Now the time is around 4am. I waited until 4:35am to receive my food. From 3:50 to 4:35. That's insane. She did not apologize for the wait. Just said have a good day and closed the window. I also did not receive my receipt, because I would of mentioned her name. Absolutely ridiculous. This is a fast food chain, also it's 24 hours. How do you not accept card payments and don't have your food ready. Most likely I will not be returning.

Just dont stay open 24 hours. Its either everyone quit tonight for or called out, but theres no excuse to only get through one car per 30 minutes. CLOSE AT 11 if you’re gonna be that slow. It is called fast food.
