Hey, the food was good. Hot things hot, cold things cold. Ot actually tasted really good. I think it was like the creators of McDonald's planned. We ate in. It was pretty clean. We used the kiosk to order. To my disappointment, it's like most McDonald's. It does not give you a printout receipt. For that reason, I'll never pay at the kiosk. It's a pleasant stop along the Sawgrass Expressway at mile marker 18a. We used the number card to have it delivered to our table, and the employee delivering it was cheerful. A nice happening. We'll be back there again soon. One other thing was that it was cold inside as McDonald's usually is
Dietary restrictions: Under customize, you can control salt and condiments. I personally like getting unsalted food. It is a great option available.

I placed my order through the pickup app. I parked, we waited for 30 minutes and they didn't take the order to the car, I decided to go through the drive thru to see what was happening with my order and when I got to the window, they turned off the lights in the parking lot and the window, I saw them leaving 3 employees and the manager stayed inside, I knocked on the window to see what was happening with my order and he started yelling at me from inside, super angry, even so I calmly told him to please just open the window 1 min (to be able to tell him that I didn't want to order, I wanted to pick up and that I had already been waiting for half an hour for them to take my order to the car) but he kept being very rude from inside yelling at me that if I didn't see that the system had already been turned off and that it was closed. (He didn't give me the opportunity to explain anything) So they charged me for the food, I didn't take anything and the man's attitude was totally inappropriate.

I don't live in this area but I work in this area, as of Fall and winter of 2024 since I started coming around here for work every time I come here for my lunch break, I'm met with some of the nicest employees I've ever met and the food is always good like no complaints whatsoever, If the team is reading this I just want to say thank you. You guys are awesome!

Managers working here at night are rude. They messed up my order twice and I didn’t even bother to fix it the second time. food was dumped in trash!
My brother and I ordered thru the app last night for thanksgiving, the store showed as opened as well as took our orders without issue, we get there and the store is closed, my points and money are gone and i got nothing for it. Very fun

Always some issues here with drive thru. They always tell you to come to the second window to PLACE the order. It is by far the longest timed drive thru lines will will experience in S.FL McDonald’s. Very shady the way it’s ran at night.
I was asking a young girl at the McDonald’s for a toy for my son the crocs and I was asking if they has certain one and she didn’t try to look for me , she was to busy on the phone . It happened like 7 o’clock. She was wearing a gray top
