How can one location consistently mess up an order. It’s simple take the food put it in the bag. Check the order for accuracy and have a nice day. This one location almost every time gets it wrong. They want $15 an hour minimum wage and they can’t do the basics that even the first grader could do more accurately. Avoid this place like the plague they’ve got issues For the last few years. The manager should take note as terrible reviews and lose his franchise license.

I want to take a moment to shout out two amazing McDonald’s employees Aneka and Brittany who consistently go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. Every time I visit, they greet me with a smile, handle orders with care, and truly make customers feel valued. Their positive energy and professionalism deserve recognition!
However, I can’t overlook the unpleasant experience I had with the manager guy on of this location. While Aneka and Brittany are shining examples of what customer service should look like, the manager’s attitude is the complete opposite. He was rude, dismissive, and carried an energy that was honestly disturbing for someone in a leadership position. His approach not only made me uncomfortable but also took away from the great service provided by the rest of the team.
This is my neighborhood McDonald’s, and I come here often, so it’s disappointing to feel disrespected at a place I regularly support. It’s a shame that such hardworking and pleasant team members like Aneka and Brittany are being led by someone who lacks the basic qualities of a true leader.
McDonald’s you’ve got some real gems in your team, but leadership matters. I hope this gets addressed.

Concerned about this location. My kids were excited to go and that changed when they came home. Order was incorrect, took a very long time to get it right. Cashier was not kind and there was yelling coming from the kitchen. Absolutely not what I was expecting to hear from this brand.

I came here during my lunch break. Use my rewards the lady on the Radio being so rude and nasty when I asked how much was my order and don't tell me what window to go to therefore have to guess what window to go to then I go to the window what I have to get for being so rude and nasty and don't tell me how much my order was and and she had a nasty attitude when I asked how much my order was what I had to pay for my items I have never experienced this until today. How you tell your customer where to go if you turn off your Radio when the order wasn't completed

The managers/ workers at the second window are soooo rude. Everytime I come here my experience is terrible once it’s time for me to get my food it’s actually insane. And I don’t understand how you put people like that in a higher position that don’t know how to talk to customers and act like it’s a big deal when they made a mistake on your order.
