I was excited to try this place because the food looked pretty good but I was very disappointed. I got in line and once I was ready to order the brunette girl with short hair was very rude and seemed annoyed. It was my first time there and I had no idea how the menu worked. I understand that it was a little busy but I still think it’s important to treat people with kindness. I got the egg salad sandwich with fries, it was very bland and the fries were soggy and tasteless. Don’t let the picture fool you. I will not be coming back. It’s also way overpriced.

The food is OK at best. I’ve been here for dine in and take out. The service leaves a lot to be desired. Normally, I’d simply not leave a review. But when a restaurant that’s nothing special to begin with has the gall to impose a mandatory “holiday gratuity” on any order, let alone a pickup order, that isn’t just a tasteless move…it’s pure greed. There are plenty of other places around to get a bagel, and those places are where I’ll be going in the future.

I come every morning for my breakfast before work and everyone is great. The bagels are amazing. And when the owner helps you out with buying a case of tea because it’s so good… that’s great customer service.
We ordered for the holidays the last 2 weeks and the food was great.

Added a huge unadvertised “holiday gratuity” to my phone order without telling me. This was on a very small order. Then they acted entitled to charge whatever they want beyond their advertised prices. Greedy and dishonest people. Will never return. Bagels aren’t that great anyway.

This place is 33 miles and 45 minutes from my house. I pass plenty of so called Bagel places getting to Parkland Bagel. and I’m always glad I do. I can’t not stop on whenever I’m in the area. Never disappointed. Opened faced is my favorite way to go.
Onion bagel, lox, onion, tomatoes, cream cheese and lettuce. Best around hands down.

I’m originally from New Jersey, and it feels so good to be here. Parkland Bagels truly brings that authentic Northeast flavor—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, just like a real bagel should be. Even during peak busy hours, the staff was kind, attentive, and really cared about the customers. The food is fresh, the coffee is great, and the energy is always welcoming. Thank you to the team for making it such a great experience!

Parkland Bagels is the go to for delicious egg sandwiches, salads (the honey almond chicken salad is to die for!) and just about any deli sandwich you can think of. Their pastries are yummy, you can't just take one bite! You'll be a regular in no time!
