Bagels are always fresh AND they flavor both sides of the bagel. How many times have you had an everything bagel that’s missing love on the underside?! Not at Parkland Bagels- they do it right.

I’ve been stopping here in the morning to pick up bagels for my office for years. Recently I’ve been shocked at the increase in costs. Today I purchased a dozen bagels, 1 lb of cream cheese and a breakfast sandwich. The sausage, egg and cheese on a Kaiser roll was terrible. The sausage was dry and cold and they charged me $10.50 for it. The dozen bagels and cream cheese came out to $3.5 each! Come on people! It’s dough! Flower and water…. I get cost of employees, rent, taxes, etc. but for the poor quality the price is way too high. I need to find an alternative between there and Boca.

The bagels at this place used to be expensive, but after a recent price hike, they are now outrageously overpriced. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place as nothing I've had here is worth returning for. The breakfast sandwiches and plates take a long time to prepare, so if you're in a hurry, I suggest you go elsewhere. Moreover, their Kaiser rolls are not Kaiser rolls. The food portions are not proportional to the price, and bakery items are refrigerated and stale. The coffee was tasteless, and the refrigerated beverages were barely cold. When I brought this to their attention, no apologies, no solution, except they wanted to charge me for a cup of ice. The bagels are doughy, bland, chewy, and they don't even toast well. It seems they use poor-quality flour, unfiltered water, and chemical dough conditioners because the bagels are virtually inedible. The counter service is hit or miss, and the layout is awkward. It is unclear where to order, pay, or wait unless you know. The seats are just a mess of long tables and hard chairs, and there are lots of people just sitting with no food in front of them. I've given them multiple chances, but I'm done wasting my money on a barely mediocre, overpriced, and subpar bagel that takes too long to get and doesn't taste very good.***updated***I've included photos of the “kaiser roll” you take pride in. Not. A kaiser roll.

I ordered a Reuben today and specifically asked for lean corned beef. Not only was the corned beef far from lean, some of it was cut with the grain instead of against the grain as it is supposed to be cut. If you go do not order their corned beef.

Listen, the food is so good here but staff really need some sensitivity training AND they need some signs that say the DINING ROOM closes promptly at 3. I came in with my family at 2:30 assuming this was like most restaurants that will still serve you 30 mins before they close. WHILE WE WERE EATING At 2:58 we were told we had 2 minutes to leave. We were trying our best to eat fast because trust me I know what a pain in the rear it can be having to stay late for customers…. I used to work in restaurants for years so I understand his frustration but to kick us out?????Legitimately my 4&6 year old were eating their sandwiches and we had to pack up and leave. When asked if the owner would support staff kicking paying customers out they all said absolutely which is mind blowing tbh.Fine, but there needs to be documentation SOMEWHERE for paying customers to know that they have to leave the premises when it’s EXACTLY 3. Also, if the owner supports this sort of treatment of paying customers then they don’t deserve your money tbh. We spent 75$ on lunch and got kicked out lolWe believe in supporting family owned businesses but if this is the kind of customer service virtue they live by, there are plenty of comparable places locally.Response to the owner: they would never rush us out? Well they did. And the sarcasm isn’t appreciated of course we saw that the hours are until 3pm but any decent restaurant shuts their grills off at the time of closing and allows the patrons sitting down to finish. I have worked in restaurants in major cities, on Atlantic Avenue, in fine dining establishments and I’ve never ever seen a restaurant kick patrons out promptly when closing hours are. It’s not a Dunkin’ Donuts it’s a restaurant ??‍♀️ but to each their own. Will not be back

If you want to be in a New York State of Mind you must go to Parkland Bagels & Deli. You get the New York hustle and bustle without the attitude. When you walk in you won’t believe how clean and spacious it is amongst the controlled chaos. It’s impressive and you can see how the Kaplans take their mission very seriously to bring a real authentic New York City Deli to South Florida.I suggest that you take a step back and look at the extensive menu and see how smoothly and effectively this team works together to get your order to you in a New York minute.

Amazing. Definitely go and try the chicken salad on a bagel. The muffins and cookies are also so goodParking: There’s a limited number of parking spots and the plaza gets busy- but it’s worth sticking around to look for a spot.

not worth the price for a hot corned beef sandwich. They sliced the corn beef with the grain. the result was a tough and chewy experience. Especially after waiting for 25 minutes for a to go order. Someone needs to train their staff in particular the young kid working the food line slicing the meats....fries came out under cooked which was the "reason" for such a long wait....you would think that the fryers would have been at the correct temperature at the height of lunch....used to be a go to place...not so much anymore...better options in the area

Great food, great quality, great selection, the counter person that waited on me didn’t acknowledge me standing in front of her, I asked her where to place the orders she said right here I said, oh, I was waiting for you to acknowledge me. She could care less I almost walked out the door, but I was too hungry. I’m glad I didn’t, the food was good, her attitude needs a good NY adjusting
