Had a good experience until the end. Went with my gf, her friend, and bf so 4 total. Split the bill at the end like normal. Came to pay and waiter stud over to make sure I guess gave him a tip on there and gave 20% but then after realized that they had already included an 18% gratuity on there so this guy ended up getting a 38% tip which is just disgusting. Looked it up says they put it in a table of 5 or more but yet we were a table of 4. Pathetic, much better options out there you can get instead of going to a place like this.

My experience there were very good great food

Food is great. Lunch specials are good price compared to dinner. Pricing is very high and they should just include the fried rice or raise the prices. So annoying that it's additional bc you know everyone comes for that.

Took my daughter and some family here. The service was lack luster. The waiter was very dismissive and pretty rude. The chef didn’t do anything fun for us. He just cooked. The food is mediocre and the portions are small compared to other hibachi restaurants. Service was slow even though the place was empty. They add 18% gratuity so their waiter does need to work hard. I do not recommend.

Great atmosphere and

Horrible chef barley knew how to cook
Also they were sold out of the $80 wine then tried to trick me into getting the most expensive bottle.
20% tip was included the waitress proceeds to hide the receipt and tried to trick me into leaving an additional 20% tip. Avoid this place it was not worth the $300 for 3 people!

We had a 50th anniversary party and a room was rented out here. The staff was amazing from the minute. We walked in the door to the end. The food was excellent overall I was so happy and will definitely go back and will definitely recommend this place to you for sure.

came for lunch on a weekend. no lunch specials so we ordered dinner hibachi shrimp ($27) and hibachi steak($27) entrees. the shrimp was made to perfection. The hibachi steak had thick chunks that were very chewy and a lot of cuts had fat. Hibachi vegetables were excellent. We also got the VA sushi roll ($13) which was tasty but only came with 6 pieces.

Don't go here for a special occasion. The minute the chef is finished cooking the hibachi they begin rushing you out the door even when they aren't busy. They rush the payment process hoping you don't notice that 18% gratuity is automatically added to all checks regardless of party size in the hope that you'll double tip with the credit card machine they bring to the table.
Chef was good and attentive to needs while he was cooking. Serving staff is rude. Fried Rice has no vegetables in it, just eggs.
