Lots of fun to be had here when you find the slots you love ❤️
This is my third time eating at Sorrisi’s the Manager, Corey, is outstanding he’s always watching everything that’s going on. We really enjoy having dinner here. The food is outstanding and the service excellent. He saw us and came over to our table, I see you came again. I told him yes we will definitely keep coming the food and service are excellent!

Pretty disappointing an Italian restaurant in the casino, which charges about $25 average entry price, is too cheap to give you complimentary bread.
Any Italian place I know of gives you free bread, even the Olive garden.
As you can see, they charge $7 just to get bread, really disappointing.
The meals are just okay, don't even include salad, another item most Italian restaurants include. And the food tends to take a while to come out.
Surprisingly, they show Canadian football on TV's in Florida. Thankfully we have good football in the US, not sure why they're not showing the NFL. South Florida is not a big market for the Canadian Football League.
Parking: It's hard finding parking in a casino since it's so jammed up, and you must park far away from the restaurant.

I can never find anything tasteful or enjoyable to eat but the spaghetti. Pizza use to be my favorite but now I’m not sure if the dough is different or what. The cheese doesn’t even stretch like when you bite into it like pizza should. I can say the service is great. We usually ask for Gabbi. The tomato and mozzarella appetizer is good. Sometimes the bread basket is good just depends on your luck. My dad says the lasagna is good just too much sauce even when you ask for light sauce. My dad likes the calzone.

Good atmosphere.
I gave it four stars bc the service was really slow. Not bad, just slow. 10 mins or so for the drinks. 18 mins for the bread basket (that’s not free). Oh and it wasn’t busy at all.
The food was really good though and I enjoyed the atmosphere.
*update*. The GM reached out and I really admire that. It shows that people care which, let’s be honest, isn’t common. So check this place out bc people here want you to have a great experience or they wouldn’t have called.

Lost in the Texas holdem tournament preflop all in with AJ vs. QJ of course the 3 outer hits to beat me & end my tournament. Such BS
The food was good, seemed to be understaffed service slow at times. Sat at the bar and it wasn't cleaned from previous patrons. Nothing special about the atmosphere if you like being in a casino.

Terrible food, pepper in every dish. The place is understaffed, wait time way too long. Rude people cut the line.

We went here for Valentines dinner and got two of the items off the specialty menu. The scallops and lobster risotto were AMAZING, and so was the prime rib! Great service and drinks from our bartender Taryn as well. We will definitely be back!

We failed to make a reservation at the NYY Steakhouse, which is our normal haunt on Wednesday evenings. Obviously, being Valentine's Day, and NYY was 10 reservations deep, we couldn't get in. We opted for Sorrisi. Honestly, we weren't happy about having to "settle". We had experienced bad service in the past, but I can tell you that our server, Izabella, was a gem. She was attentive, compassionate, and concerned about our experience. She shared personal details about her life, and she sincerely cared about the level of service that she was providing. She candidly told us that she had had a very bad day, with several rude customers, but honestly we could not see any evidence of that in her level of service or demeanor. I have to give the young lady credit, because if I had as bad a day as she explained to me that she had, I cannot say that I would have been as sweet, caring and kind as she was to us. Then I learned she was very new. Wow, that's all I can say... great attitude, delicious food, and attention to detail. We will definitely return, and ask for Izabella... One who cares.

First things to My host Angie Kittendorf. She is amazing and genuine! I had the chicken cutlet Parmesan and they made it with the spicy ala vodka sauce Instead of regular red sauce. It was phenomenal. Will definitely be there again.

Our meal at Sorrisi featured great food, good service, average prices, but our lungs were forced to endure all the second hand smoke we inhaled. Except for the Pavilion area, the entire casino is full of smoke filled air. Smoking is permitted on the main casino floor and this is the consequence. We knew that, but still wanted to try Sorrisi. We really underestimated just how much smoke there was in the air. Of the various restaurant options in Seminole Coconut Creek casino, this may be the most reasonable for the budget conscious diner, as the deli is overpriced for deli food, and the steak house is super expensive. Sorrisi serves Italian food at a reasonable price, in an upscale setting, so that's why we tried it. The salmon dinner was excellent, too notch in every way. The chicken parm was also very good. Service was very good to begin with, but as the place filled up and our waitress had to attend to more tables, it got slow. Still, we appreciated the hustling she did get to us as quickly as she could. The back and forth with the credit card payment was really slow though. Personally, I don't like when a server disappears with my card, and worse yet when the card is out of my hands for a long period of time. Management should adopt a more modern payment system where the customer pays at the table.
