I walked into this very popular and busy Starbucks at 7:40 in the morning on a Friday and surprisingly there was nobody in line and the very friendly girl behind the counter took my order confirmed my order because I have had it made incorrectly at times, and proceeded to help me with a gift cards that I was paying with and my drink was made rather rapidly as opposed to a different location that I have been to during the week.

It's truly 5 stars across the board. Getting ready for an intense day Starbucks has become my little sense of peace...lol. I stopped going to the other coffee shop that starts with a D because service was consistently TERRIBLE. However, I knew I was going to miss my rewards. It's something about the high pitch sweet voices and the lovely greeting at pick up that makes the coffee taste even sweeter. The services really adds to the amazing coffee and warm chocolate chip cookie...so much that being a little late for work just to write this review just makes the day better. Starbucks training is GENIUS and I can feel it everyday I pay an average of $9-14 dollars. Serious kudos to Starbucks for adding the spicy falafel pocket. Thank you for your services Starbucks. 1 more thing, I realize not everyone is as chirpery as this Starbuck. The energy here is awesome. Mitchell we see You!!! Thanks for bringing the good energy for a lot of us working stressful jobs.

I will start by saying I'm at this starbucks on a weekly basis cause its closed to Home . Usually I'm there really early in the morning .i find the staff really disrespectful to customers , They are always talking bad about customers that’s are in store or had just left . In front of others customers . Ive seen several circumstances,
1.- I saw a skinny guy (looks Latino ) making fun of people’s looks for their weight !
2.- and what’s looks a transexual really horrible behavior.he/she Very aggressive .
If they don’t like their job why are they working there?
High up management I hope you get to see this and do something

I think they accidentally made my order a regular instead of decaf :/ other than that, the coffee was good! They also had pebble ice I love their brown sugar shaken espresso, so I got it in the venti!! Perfect amount of ice as well.
I really like this place but they don't want let children from monarch get in even if they have money, I just don't understand it??♀️ but the food is really good.

This place is actually so dirty it's scary. The tables sticky. the floor is sooooo dirty It was sticky and dirty looking. The bathroom is super dirty and no toilet paper . I was shocked because I do work at Starbucks all the time but my first time at this one and I have never seen a Starbucks in such bad shape. Everyone working looks kinda lost in a daze and to end it off ... my drink was so bitter it made no sense because it was a caramel frappe ... idk how you make that bitter but I couldn't even drink it . I would never ask for a refund but I contemplated it ... that's how bad the drink was .
