I just wanted to write a review shouting out this Starbucks! This Starbucks is by far the best Starbucks I've ever been to. Chris, Kim, Kirstre, Aracelis, Emma, Aidan, Luis, and Anthony are the best staff members ever! Every time I come here to study/do homework, they always provide the best service! The store is always tidy and clean, and the music is a bit loud, but I don't mind it too much. I absolutely love this Starbucks!

Even after I repeated my order twice, she dismissed me with a curt ‘what’ instead of the courteous response any customer deserves, such as ‘Could you please repeat the order?’ This level of discourtesy is unacceptable—Starbucks must demand higher standards from its staff.”

I want to give a huge shoutout to Cameron at Starbucks! She is absolutely amazing. Every time I come in, she remembers my name, my order, and even my dog’s name. That level of attention and care is rare and makes such a difference. She goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and honestly, she has turned my visits into something I look forward to. It feels less like a transaction and more like catching up with a friend. Cameron truly makes the experience so much better, and I’m so grateful for the kindness and consistency she brings every day!

I literally came in three minutes before closing after having one of the longest work days ever and not only did they make me my drink to perfection but they were extremely hospitable, friendly and overall just a positive vibe. This is definitely the Starbucks if you need five star customer service.

Extra expensive than regular location because its in a resort. Almost $22 for a coffee and 1 slice of banana nut bread!
There has to be some type of procedure in place that allows a very busy barista a cheat sheet as to how drinks should be made unless they are thoroughly trained.

One of the baristas was pouring hot espresso straight from machine into a clear plastic cup, visibly melting plastic intro drinks. Also my wife’s breakfast sandwich was cold.
